“I was thinking of purchasing an EV and they had a used Tesla. I was introduced to Eric Nyce who was the expert at the dealership for EV’s. He spent the time with me so I understood the differences between the Tesla and the Ford EV’s. I was actually not wanting to inquire about the Tesla due to the fact that I had so many questions.and was unsure that a Ford dealership would be able to provide me with so much information regarding the Tesla. Eric is a Tesla owner himself and provided me the differences between the Mach E and the Tesla. It was a no brainer that I had come to the right place. They beat the pricing and scheduling compared to two other places. Took care of me within 2 business days, despite having to special order. The place looked very busy, but I was in and out in 40 mins. Excellent and courteous service! They reaffirmed why I prefer local businesses to retail chains.”
