I’m on maintenance prescriptions and they can’t do their job right. I have issues with getting my medication and sometimes you have to do there job for them to get your medicine.

These people are the best! If anything unusual comes up, usually my fault, they take care of it immediately. Never a wait on hold and agents who know what’s going on! I spoke with Kimberly this morning and couldn’t ask for better treatment, she was kind and efficient. I would never do business with a chain store again. Keep up the good work in Elysburg, you guys are great!

My mother is completely out of one of her medications. In the past the meds were shipped within 2 business days. Now I'm told it will takec14 days. UnacceptableOf course I can call the doctor, call the insurance company ... ?

The staff are friendly and efficient. Medications are always sent in a timely fashion. When my locally owned small town pharmacy was purchased by a national chain I gave them a chance. Geisinger Mail Order Pharmacy provides a much better customer experience than any national chain.

I called in 2 prescriptions on 7/5/22 at 8:37am and left the pharmacist a message explaining that one had no refills remaining but added my doctor's contact information to hopefully speed up the refill. I received the prescription with the refill on 7/9/22. I confirmed with my doctor's office on the morning of 7/11/22 that the request had been confirmed and that they faxed the new prescription on 7/6/22. When I called Care Site Pharmacy on 7/11/22 at 10:30am to confirm, I was told it was, "Set to mail out later today," with no explanation for the lengthy delay other than I was told that prescriptions usually go out in 7 - 10 days. I understand that processing prescriptions take some time, but isn't delaying sending out a prescription request that was received on 7/6/22 to mailing it out on 7/11/22 a bit excessive??? Why did it sit in limbo for over 48 hours on business days when it could have been processed? This doesn't help the fact that I won't receive a necessary prescription for another 3 or 4 days.

Love the convenience. Just wish that they get your prescriptions out faster. Now in last month. I got them pretty quickly. (I got them in four days) But when I got my prescriptions back in November. I waited ten days to receive them. The staff on the phone is great and very helpful.

When they get it right, they are really good. However, since the beginning of February, I have been trying to get one of my scripts filled to no avail. I called and reordered 3 times now. Still nothing. The computer says the script is refillable, and that it will be refilled. Still, nothing. No calls. Which I left a recording for the pharmacist to call me, but they have not. Again, I left another recording letting them know no one has contacted me to let me know what is going on. Am I getting my meds or should I just die?! These are life sustaining meds. Seriously thinking about transferring all my scripts to regular pharmacy again. At least you can talk to a human and get answers. At this point, the convenience really doesn't seem worth it. Tired of tryingUPDATE: (MARCH 2021)Many improvements with no issues through this year so far. Was impressed with shipping on items during pandemic hold ups with getting items in a timely manner. Seemed pretty on top of things.I definately like the convenience of getting my meds at my front door.

Really good service. At times it seems like micro management rules the roost! I always wait until I have a weeks worth of meds before I refill a script. This, normally, works really well.
