Stopped at around 8pm today to get food for my boyfriend and I, nothing extreme just some chicken tenders and fries thinking it would be a quick in and out stop. We waited 30 minutes after multiple people cancelled their orders due to the wait, wont be stopping at this location again

This stores layout now is horrible, and the store is dirty, no toilet paper, paper all over floor no soap and water was so hot ot would burn a child. Get it together, this was a nice store.

Store is ok. Restrooms are consistently disgusting. Store needs to be thoroughly cleaned.

Ordered food and it was wrong. Employees blamed me for ordering wrong but my girls said no it's the computer screens. Won't be doing this again. An food not done, even the girls at 10 wouldn't eat it wast of 4.99.

Travel nurse from WV here. After working 16 hours (my 3rd 16 in a row) I stopped at this Sheetz to fill my gas tank up & get something to eat. After eating I could barely keep my eyes open & decided to take a nap in my backseat before starting my 5 hour journey home. (Obviously didn’t want to fall asleep at the wheel) I parked in the back of the store as to not take up any front spaces. Long story short, I woke up not long after to the police banging on my car window. Sheetz had called the police on me because “they didn’t want me there”!! Never again will they get any business out of me or my family.

Terrible sheetz location. Orders take FOREVER and when they do get it done it’s always wrong! They need to fire and rehire all staff! Terrible all around!!

I have been to allot of sheetz stores in many different states and this is the worst one by far. it's so slow to get food. I could drive to the danville location and back quicker than this sheetz makes food. they need to step in and fix this place.
Also after my 27 minute wait for my burrito, it was cold.

Messy restrooms and why don't the receipts print at the pumps? Waste of time to go inside to wait in line for a receipt that should have printed at pump!

Ordered a milkshake on the app. I picked asap. Once I paid for the order it popped up “ready in 30 minutes”. I went to instantly cancel the order and it wouldn’t let me! Said they started preparing it already. Well Here I am 40 minutes later still waiting for my milkshake. Worker said she can’t cancel the order and I need to call. Place is filthy too.

Worst Sheetz visit ever! No ice for soda machines, no toilet paper in the women's bathroom and it took 45 minutes to get out sandwiches. They are definitely understaffed!
