I would give the people here 7 stars if I could. I stopped here in the middle of a work trip to use the restroom. While inside, a semi-truck driver hit my car and fled the scene. Jackie, Ryan, and their Manager (didn’t get his name) were the most accommodating, thoughtful, and resourceful people I have ever met. I was stranded hours from home, but their hospitality made waiting for a ride the smoothest thing ever. The surrounding gas stations could be handing out winning lottery tickets and I would still choose this place to stop at (I’d pick a more strategic parking spot, though ). Thank you so much for all your help.

a lot of shell’s say to honk twice for handicap service and someone will come help you pump your gas but i never had anyone come help me. I waited about 10 minutes and then waited after I finished pumping for 15 minutes because I wanted to see if anyone would come see if I needed help. It’s not an easy or safe task for me and it really sucks to not be able to do stuff on your own with ease and be offered the false hope of someone to help assist you. This definitely made me cry for the 20 minutes I sat in my car waiting so I felt like sharing my experience in hopes that people will start trying to help us folks with disabilities more.

If you like truck stop stores and PA wild feel this is the place. Nice cozy sit- in restaurant, ample truck supplies for convenience, pet stuff, and souvenir choices galore. 42 miles from Ohio in the greenery, with scenery.

Cool Shell gas station w/variety of “gift” ideas; restaurant attached w/variety of homemade pies…ordered a Fruit of the Forest whole pie & was disappointed to receive an apple ? pie when getting home a few hrs later…otherwise, a cool pit stop…

Truckers if you miss the left turn into the place there's a dirt lot you can turn around in half a mile down.

I will never stuff here again as long as I live and drive I stop here. I try to use my debit card at the pump. He says see cashier I see the cashier. This woman drives me crazy display should be shut down.

This us a great pilot to stop at. It has very unique items to purchase. Showers are large! Nice restaurant. Decent sized lot for parking. No shower through the app! Must go inside.

One breakfast sandwich and several dry and overcooked pizzas available. Bathrooms were clean. People pumped gas, left car, spent 10 minutes inside and then ten additional minutes in the car blocking the diesel pump which was the only one we could use. Traffic pattern in the parking lot was a mess. Not the truck plazas fault, but I would make it a point not to go there.

I went to the shell gas station, not pilot and it was great! The machines are up to date and the pump stays in the car without you needing to hold it. Meanwhile the bathrooms are very clean and the store is HUGE with many items inside. Ranging from souvenirs to hiking/camping stuff, clothes, and much more!

No employees are wearing masks despite the state mandate. Very dangerous, especially for a truck stop. We're the backbone of the economy and they don't care to help stop spreading the pandemic across the country.
