Decent customer service but my truck was filthy when I got it back and it smelled terrible. It took me forever to get the white spots out of the interior.

After ripping part of my bumper off when coming out of a steep driveway, I was worried I would need to have my fender replaced. After reading the reviews for Auto Collision Specialists, I felt confident that they could help me. Turns out I was right! One of the guys came out, looked, grabbed some tools, and popped everything back into place! You'd never know it happened! I am very relieved and thankful for their kind, quick, and courteous service. I sure hope I don't have to go back (because who wants car trouble) but I know if I ever do I will be in good hands. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the second time Auto collusion did repairs for me. Both times I found the workmanship to be excellent. The car was returned to me clean inside and out. Dalton is friendly and throughly communicates about the work the needs to be done and it is completed in a timely matter

Wrote an estimate for repairs. I approved repairs. Received the car back 6 weeks late needing some of those repairs done again. another 4 weeks a later and they caused more issues trying to fix it. I took it back for a third attempt. They tried to buy me off to let it go at this point. My insurance company said to take it elsewhere. We did. 14K estimate to fix most of what they were paid to fix the first time and found things they charged for that were not fixed. 14k the first time to them and now another 14k to fix it right. The frame is bent, rear quarter support not replaced but charged for, front support bent and not replaced, headlight in finger tight, runs in the paint work, sanding scratches in the finish, hood alignment off, fender alignment off, entire rear quarter now needs replaced. Never, Never again will i use them, recommend them but will tell the story to everyone who asks. This all started in August of 2023 and still battling today to get it done right with my insurance carrier Erie. Good luck to all who go there.

Had to go there to get things out of my car due to a repo. They were very respectful. Left me alone to say my good byes. Hope no one has to go there for this reason. However they were polite.

Very kind service. Showed up without an appointment and asked for a quote on some light damage to my front bumper, an associate thoroughly answered my questions and helped me fix up the area free of charge in under 20 minutes, it looks almost as good as new. Will be coming back for any repairs I may need.
