In August my wife took a paint can lid with the formulary for the color from a previous purchase from Buss. The "expert" on duty at that time said the with the condition of the lid, he would not be able to use it to make up a match. The printing was completely legible and we were perplexed. Yes it was old, maybe old school. In any case the three gallons he made up were not a match(our painter agreed). Not the same Buss paint store of old.

I recently took on the project of painting my oak cabinets. I made many trips to Buss Paints and every single time I got wonderful services. People work there are all very knowledgeable and are willing to help. They made suggestions to the issues I ran into and offered me great advices. They genuinely took interest in my progress. I couldn’t have completed my project without them.
I found their price reasonable too, some items are even cheaper than Amazon.
Buss will be my only paint shop from now on.

Great selection of paint and tools. Top notch customer service. Just be aware of the hours as they are not open as late as the box stores.

Hands down the best most knowledgeable and professional paint store you will ever come across they are amazing such a great group of people they are very passionate and care about what they do and if you don't know what you're doing you will not find a better place to get help and advice on top of that quality products. You will not find a better company anywhere to shoot your needs I can't say enough again about how amazing the people in that store are I miss them terribly.

There is not a better paint store in the valley. Staff are extremely knowledgeable. Will match any paint or stain color. Always amazes me how perfect they get it.Add that with excellent prices why go anywhere else!!

Several times I've had poor service at this store. Today I walked in and wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any help. This wasn't the first time, but absolutely the last time. They've officially lost all of my future business.
