“Been here 3 times so far. First time, I got a late inspection- they were very helpful and understanding, let me move my appointment around, and got my car passed with no trouble. Second time, had a broken part in my steering column. Dealership quoted me at $4700 to fix it. ABE did it for a little over $400. Went in a third time to get my horn fixed after a fuse blew from the last fix. They fixed it up quick and sent me on my way. Routinely very satisfied with their service! It can be very nerve-wracking to go to a new mechanic, thinking you might get scammed, but I truly wouldn't worry about that here. Thanks so much to all the hard workers at ABE :))”

“Just finished a trip out of SFO to visit Napa for a week. Candy, the agent, helped me select a car from the Emerald Isle options that would best meet our needs and had us quickly on our way. When I returned the car at the end of the trip, Mohammed, another agent got me checked in quickly on my way to catch my flight home. The car was clean, comfortable and reliable.”

“The rental car was great, the app is not very good, at one time I had an account and it would not let me recover it, log in , nor create a new one. I don’t rent cars often so I am not wasting anymore time on it.”
“Everything was on time. No delays really. Had no problems whatsoever with the rental. Ended up with a 24 Honda Accord hybrid sport. Was supposed to get a euro car like Audi or VW. But was happy to get the Honda. Great on gas from Quakertown PA to Wildwood NJ and all around the beach for days it was like 40 bucks in gas. Really can't complain.”

“Check in was smooth, the car was great. But the car return process could not be more confusing. This may be more of an airport issue. It’s unclear on where to go or what to do.More signs are needed as well as a detailed email prior to return. I watched 4 other people immediately miss the lot, after I did, and drive around confused.Normally an attendant is there to help, but not this last time. They turned me away and told me to go find a spot? Thank god I got to the airport 3 hours early. 10/10 for pickup experience and the woman at the desk was wonderful.”

“Convenient pick up and return at LVI Airport with unlimited miles IS truly a plus during an extended, busy vacation!
This particular vehicle — Subaru Forester — was comfortable and easy to drive — except, it would save the customer time IF there were available a list of options/instructions on a particular model – for those of us who have never driven said vehicle brand before. This would save time and energy on the part of the customer in the midst of busy travels. Thank You HERTZ ??”
