“Dropped the vehicle off yesterday and the keys in the drop box. Rushing to get there on time, which I did, I left my I'd and debt card in the car on the driver's side on the floor. The lady I'd trying to tell me it's not in the car and that they will call me. 2 hours later no call & I called back and still nothing. I know it's there. I took a picture of it through the window and it's on the floor. Please I really hope they stop playing around. Other then that great service & friendly .”

“I use the National Car Rental counter at ABE/LVI almost weekly and I have been quite impressed with how well this branch is managed. Having used National all over the country and in Europe for the past 5 years, I would submit that this is the best managed business of any National Car agencies. They have all been good, but the customer care at ABE, communication with me and the cleanliness of the cars are exceptional. All of the counter personnel are pleasant, efficient and accommodating...always. I recently lost a Remarkable™ e-pen that costs about $139 to replace. They looked everywhere, found the pen and held it for me until I could pick it up. Above and beyond. I won't use any other car rental company but National anywhere I travel and I have tried them all.”

“Standard SUV was larger and nicer than I expected. Online check-in seemed convenient until I had to do it again upon arrival because desk couldn't locate it until we were halfway through re-entering selections. Everything else went smoothly. One of the nicer cars I have rented.”

Because of that, I probably have higher expectations when I walk into an Enterprise than your average person.I was running late because of an accident on 22 and Kirsten came through for me. “Check in was smooth, the car was great. But the car return process could not be more confusing. This may be more of an airport issue. It’s unclear on where to go or what to do.More signs are needed as well as a detailed email prior to return. I watched 4 other people immediately miss the lot, after I did, and drive around confused.Normally an attendant is there to help, but not this last time. They turned me away and told me to go find a spot? Thank god I got to the airport 3 hours early. 10/10 for pickup experience and the woman at the desk was wonderful.”
