“Been here 3 times so far. First time, I got a late inspection- they were very helpful and understanding, let me move my appointment around, and got my car passed with no trouble. Second time, had a broken part in my steering column. Dealership quoted me at $4700 to fix it. ABE did it for a little over $400. Went in a third time to get my horn fixed after a fuse blew from the last fix. They fixed it up quick and sent me on my way. Routinely very satisfied with their service! It can be very nerve-wracking to go to a new mechanic, thinking you might get scammed, but I truly wouldn't worry about that here. Thanks so much to all the hard workers at ABE :))”

“My personal Silverado 1500 broke down the day before a family camping trip. Enterprise was able to get me a Diesel Ram 2500 the same day to tow my camper so our trip was not delayed. That truck pulled my camper amazingly well, and I think I'll rent again in the future for similar camping trips. Way more cost effective than buying a 2500 for a couple camping trips a year”

“The representatives were very nice. I was picked up at my location and taken back to my location by enterprise. The car was cleaned inside. I gave enterprise a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the representative should show the customer how to use the buttons in the car especially since it was a push button to start and turn off. I drive an old car.”

“Very busy location, and the phone wait times were quite exhausting. The initial vehicle I was promised was gone within minutes; however, I worked with Quincy & was able to switch the next day to a more suitable vehicle. Despite that, the entire process was quick, smooth, and easy. I used this service due to an auto accident, and it was extremely convenient that the vehicle was delivered to the collision center and dropped off there as well!”

“I'm glad the other reviews didn't deter me from renting from Budget, but my experience went smoothly. Check in was easy, drop off was just as simple. The clerk was friendly. The vehicle I received had low mileage, was clean, and was in the classification I selected. No hidden fees, other than a hold which is required with ANY rental company, and the hold was removed quickly. I'd absolutely use them again.”

“I love my local AVIS Team at ABE. I have to get weekly rentals for work and it is a pain having to pick up and drop off that much. I have used every rental agency at ABE but can say with 100% confidence that Avis at ABE works hard for there customers satisfaction. I'm never worried about my pick up or interaction with anyone working the counter as its always a smooth process. Anytime theres an issue with a rental they would quickly remedy with a solution, what a great team, I love working with them. Keep up the good work.”

“Convenient pick up and return at LVI Airport with unlimited miles IS truly a plus during an extended, busy vacation!
This particular vehicle — Subaru Forester — was comfortable and easy to drive — except, it would save the customer time IF there were available a list of options/instructions on a particular model – for those of us who have never driven said vehicle brand before. This would save time and energy on the part of the customer in the midst of busy travels. Thank You HERTZ ??”
