Extremely friendly and caring. I needed hinges for my kitchen remodel and Lia and staff worked hard to help me get exactly what I needed. They kept me informed even when they were closed during the Covid time. I highly recommend them . Thank you for everything!!!

As soon as I walked into this store, a large dog came running after me and started barking very loudly and aggressively within a couple of feet from me. It was apparently the owner's dog. How was a dog left roaming inside of the store freely and greeting a customer in such a belligerent way? Beats me. I chose to leave the store right away in protest. So, I can't comment on their collection.

In fairness, I should disclose that I have only visited the store to browse, and haven't used their interior design service yet. But keeping that in mind... The store is very cute - a small size, but with a lot of options for finishing your house. I initially went in because I am refinishing some funiture and in the market for unique knobs and pulls for the drawers - through the window of this store I noticed they had TONS of options ... not only are there perhaps 6 pillars full of knobs and pulls and handles, there are various boards with different selections located all around the store. Even though I haven't even begun thinking about refinishing cabinets and countertops in my newly-purchased house yet, I couldn't help but browse their selection. House Splendid has a great collection of quality countertops and cabinetry, and I picked up several pamphlets. To top it all off, the owner, Lia, is very sweet and welcoming - she makes sure to say hi and is available for any questions, but she also lets you browse in peace. I will definitely return to this store for my home finishing needs.
