I took my car to Firestone for inspection and they told me it will be over $900 for the things I needed done. I took it to JD Byrider and they did everything for $309. What a big difference. Great customer service and were very understanding. Thank you guys

They helped me get in a car while I was in a bind but it has been a constant battle since.I needed my engine replaced. Couldn’t drive my car for 2 months while I had to harass the man to order my engine. My mechanic had to harass him as well. Even though I have a warranty.My mechanic informed me my tie rod ends needed to be fixed. I have a warranty on that. I took it there to get fixed and they said nothing was wrong. As you’d expect they broke and I had to pay for my mechanic to fix.Also I took it to get inspected instead of to my mechanic (I have no clue why) and they gave it back to me ticking and saying I need to drive it for 50 miles so it would pass. After 50 miles I brought it back and they told me to drive another 50 miles. After 2 months of driving 50 miles back to back I took it to my mechanic who told me it isn’t passing because of the ticking. He fixed the tick and it passed. Warranty is a waste because you have to fight to get things fixed right.They constantly call you on your due date. Repeatedly informing you they have no grace period.I have never once been late for a payment and they still harass. Also I have to have this ridiculously high insurance policy and even Allstate is floored by the policy they require.I didn’t have the coverage they wanted at first so they threatened to come take my car before I even had the chance to call Allstate. The amount of my car payment and insurance is more than my monthly rent.Like I said they helped me in a bind but I regret my purchase.The door handles inside are peeling in chrome so they put this gooey stuff over it and it’s awful.Payments are ridiculous. And the total purchase price on a 2012 is $23,000 and I really regret my dealing with them. I’m looking forward to paying off my car and never looking back! Pedro is great however in the Emmaus office. Very polite, professional and helpful!

Pedro and Nick!!! I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help today.. you guys are amazing.. first.. you guys worked with me and worked with my down payment.. secondly you guys got me into a car that I actually wanted. You guys made sure that I was comfortable with my payment for the month and made sure that I was happy with the overall car. You guys answered and and all questions for me. Thank you both for getting me back on the road so that I can work to be the best mom I can be for my kids. I'll be back for my next car.

Usually my interaction with the service department is relatively good, but this last time was not. I had to have my vehicle towed to the lot on a Sunday because it didn’t start. I called and left a voicemail to have them check on my car and let me know what is wrong with it. Monday I got a call to let me know that they have to work me into their schedule, Tuesday I get a call saying my car work was done and ready to be picked up. No price quote, no explanation of what was wrong, no authorization given to perform the work.

Getting a vehicle is great. If you have a problem and needs to be repaired. The repair shop isn't a good place. I had front-end problems and it took me over about a month to get it fixed. The first time I was getting my car fixed they didn't do anything to my SUV. So I rented a car for nothing. Threw away $97 out the window. The second time I had to rent another car they had it for 2 days. The sales department is good. The shop department isn't any good

Even since I have got my car I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS! I am currently broken down when I just came from picking the car up because they ensured me it was fixed but 5 minutes after me pulling off the car breaks down again. Smh I don’t live in pa so this is a complete waste of my time & money. I wish people would just do things right the first time.

Save your money and go to Advantage auto in Quakertown. I know 4 people who bought car's from Advantage. Great sales, and customer service. I tried to call Bryder 3 times about an issue with my car. No Response! No call backs! Enough Said!Ruthless, threatening people when you're a day late! I wish you would say that to me in person! Sissies!!!Telephone Gangsters!I get a response asking to call the sales team. I Have Been. No what?If the owner truly responded. Why doesn't he call me?

They will sell you a vehicle that doesn't survive the terms of your loan just to get you stuck into another one of their low quality, high mileage vehicles. 3 engines in 4 years and it's still not going to survive the terms of the loan and they couldn't care less. The GM Ashley does absolutely nothing to improve the customer experience and provided extremely poor customer service. She's just as predatory as the loans

Whatever you do..... DO NOT buy a vehicle from these Predatory Lenders. They sell you POS cars. The past 5 years have been nothing short of a nightmare dealing with this lame company. I have had constant problems since the first week I bought it, yet they have the audacity to charge me almost 17,000 for a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that's not even worth $4,000. My vehicle has never run smooth for one month in five long years. Their service department is good for nothing. They even lost both of my keys and will do nothing to replace them. I have spent hundreds of hours in their service department, as well as spending a lot of money with my own personal mechanic. They talked me into taking out a loan to fix my power steering, which I did, and the power steering didn't even last a week. This was probably the fourth one they put on. So I now have no power steering whatsoever. Byrider says they CARE, But in all reality all they care about is getting your money and doing absolutely nothing to help their customers that they prey on. This "company" is truly DESPICABLE. You have caused nothing but problems for me for 5 long years and I can't wait to pay this awful loan off and say F-U!!!! YOU SUCK
