We have done our business and personal banking here for years. I would not want to go to any other bank. They have top notch customer service, communicate very clearly about processes, and so much more. I love banking with people that care about my family and I and know us personally.

A company-wide direct deposit issue affecting many accounts and KeyBank can't be bothered to acknowledge the problem (social media works wonders in instances like this) until a customer doesn't have their promised deposit and they call the bank?!?! Oh but wait! They closed the local branch for the day instead of owning up to the issue and talking to their customers face to face. No. Run away and hide. This is strike 2 against KeyBank. One more and I'm gone. 29 years as a customer means NOTHING to them. GO ELSEWHERE

**BEWARE** It is the worst bank I have ever had, they do not offer support when something happens and I have been a problem free customer for years. One issue pop ups and wow, lol. **BEWARE***

Walked in on a Saturday with no appointment. Didn't think I could take care of the 2 issues I had. Mr. Holmes saw me and was awesome. Really professional, competent, and a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Keith.

I just deposited $ for my Mother the teller was nice. BUT when I went to exit a female employee stopped me & said very condescendingly One way in. - One way out. So I complied & walked all the way around the building. When I get there the same woman who gave me the instructions comes out the indoor & I said ‘Why is it OK for you & not me?” She said I am an employee & the rules are different for us. & some other snide comments.I was the only customer in the bank & there was no need for that rudeness.I will be advising my 86 year old mother to REMOVE all her accounts.
