“A couple months ago I made a purchase online with Furniture Mecca and initially I had a pretty troubling experience. Due to that I left a derogatory review and rated them one star however, my issues were addressed and corrected after that post was made. I received my overcharge back and I received my product the very next date they had available. Today two months later they followed up with me on this post to apologize again and welcome any other comments or concerns I have. That is quality customer service in my eyes! Especially because I know they are a smaller company that covers a huge region of customers. They didn’t forget me and that’s a company I want to do business with. They will get down to the bottom of any issues that occur and resolve them and follow up when you least expect it. Also, I must say I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s very well put together which is hard to find in today’s furniture unless you spend a fortune. This reclining sectional I bought for my podcast room I will have for years! “This is the third appliance purchased from Kleckners in 3 years. Sales people are professional, know their business, followup on inquires and special requests. The wine fridge was brought in by strap on 2 men. Good for my hardwood floors. Installers brought a level to make sure it was correct. They were polite and very considerate of my counter surfaces with their tools. I had not heard of the OXO brand, and the reviews are very good. The Speed Queen washer, now 2 years old, is well worth the price. Untreated but relatively fresh stains come out with treatment. The KitchenAid dishwasher, about 2.5 years now, performs very well.”
