“We recently purchased a Sleep Number P/SE mattress and a Flexfit1 adjustable frame. We didn't purchase on our first visit to the store, but, decided to wait to see if they went on sale. Our Sleep Number team member (Christina), was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. She kept in touch, and let us know when the items we wanted went on sale. We drove to the store and purchased, the same day she called, and bought the mattress and frame at a substantial savings. Best of all, we were able to get a one week delivery date. “We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted. He was able to show me the perfect floor model that I was able to customize to my taste. Art was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and walking me through all of the different options. The turnaround time was quick for all of my items and the delivery took extra care in my new home as the staircases were pretty tricky overall had a fantastic experience, I am so thrilled that I was able to support a local business royal also put in and expedited order when I was in quick need of a new mattress for a sick family member who was going to be staying with us. You can tell, the people who work at Royal really care about what they do, and try to provide customer service to the highest level. I can definitely say I am a satisfied customer of royal and would recommend my experience to anyone. Thank you Art and the rest of the team for helping me make make my spaces that more welcoming!”
