I bought King Hickory furniture here .Three years ago .I called after receiving about a week later that’s the material is peeling .The owner said get a tool at Hobby Lobby it will take it right off it’s because it’s new .Well three years later it’s still peeling .We were very specific about the material being durable .The sales associate obviously didn’t sell us what we need .My parents have always patronized Royal Furniture.Royal furniture is not the same as it use to be .From quality to customer service .Times have changed would never buy from them again .If I could give no stars I would .

We had an amazing experience with ordering multiple pieces from Royal Furniture! When moving into our hound we found the need for additional furniture items to really put the finishing touches on our space, ordered 2 mattresses with frames, a reclining sofa and a sectional. Art was very thoughtful in helping me come up with the design of my sectional as I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first in terms of color/fabric/layout, but I was pretty particular about the feel of the cushions I wanted. He was able to show me the perfect floor model that I was able to customize to my taste. Art was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and walking me through all of the different options. The turnaround time was quick for all of my items and the delivery took extra care in my new home as the staircases were pretty tricky overall had a fantastic experience, I am so thrilled that I was able to support a local business royal also put in and expedited order when I was in quick need of a new mattress for a sick family member who was going to be staying with us. You can tell, the people who work at Royal really care about what they do, and try to provide customer service to the highest level. I can definitely say I am a satisfied customer of royal and would recommend my experience to anyone. Thank you Art and the rest of the team for helping me make make my spaces that more welcoming!

We sold our home and bought all new furniture from Royal furniture. It was expensive but we thought this is high quality stuff so it’s worth it. Our sofa material on the cushions are all frayed, the sofa bed cushions are not lined up with the materials and it is very squeaky when sitting on it and the flex steel leather recliner we have had to have a repairman come out 2 times in the 3 years we own all this furniture. The repairman is not an employee of the furniture store but it is who the store recommends and calls for repairs. Had him out yet again today and the motor was shot he said he never saw that especially only after 3 years, was here about 15-20 minutes and replaced the motor which was under warranty and charged us $125 just for coming out!!!! That’s $500 per hour. That’s ridiculous. I will never go to or recommend royal furniture again. This furniture was very expensive we had to wait very long for it (pre COVID) and it looks like it is already 10 years old.

I have been buying furniture from Royal for the past 20 years. They are great to work with, so knowledgeable, and have their own delivery crew. Just fantastic.

Its great to still have a locally owned, small business furniture store in our town. They sell all American made products and the selection is not only huge, but comes with significant customization options to fite your homes configuration and style. Worth a visit if you are looking for long lasting furniture options and want to keep your hard earned money in your local economy.

I called Royal furniture and spoke to Art. He provided detailed information about my interest in counter chairs. I visited the store and the great service continued. Art treated me like a preferred customer and made me feel at home. I appreciated Art's professionalism which led me to make a purchase from Royal Furnitue.

Our experience with Royal Furniture of Emmaus has been nothing but terrific! We initially tried the big box store for living room furniture but found nothing but overpriced pieces and poor quality. We stopped at Royal and found everything we needed and then some. Michael is such an amazing help and so accommodating to our needs. When you can choose furniture that is made in North Carolina how can you go wrong! Thanks Royal

Can't say enough good things about this place. My grandfather and father bought basically all of their furniture here (they still have most of it and it's in great condition) and suggested my wife and I go after we were looking at the big chain stores. After pricing the big chain stores and finding a few pieces for a bedroom set, we figured we'd give Royal a shot. Curt, who was extremely friendly and helpful, gave us a deal we couldn't resist. It was in line with what we were going to pay at another store, except we got a whole bedroom set instead of a few pieces and the quality is MUCH better. We've had the set for nearly six months and if anything, I like it even more than the day I got it. It's also stuff made in the US and it was able to be completely personalized and tailored to our wants and needs (color, type of headboard, end of bed, drawers underneath bed or not, etc.).
