Clara was very nice but it took an hour to open a CD and there weren’t any other customers in the bank. Why are banks so customer unfriendly. PNC and BOA aren’t any better. I keep trying different banks hoping to find one that has great customer service but so far every bank I try stinks. I don’t remember in the past banks being so slow.

I recently opened an account with Santander. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The customer service provided was top notch. I've even received a couple of calls from them to enquire whether I had questions or concerns! For me, that's a first!

Rude,and unhelpful associates. Went thru drive through and was told they couldn't access accounts. Called another Branch that said there were no issues. The other branch called us back in less then 2 minutes and said that the Emmaus branch was up and running. So I proceeded back through the Emmaus location drive through and was still told the system was down. I will never return to a branch full of liars and I don't want to imagine what they do with my money

Great experience. We worked with Christian and he dealt well with my grown daughter who has special needs. I was very pleased with our visit.

Another worthless Santander branch, you can't make deposits into the atm at this location. If anyone ever finds a location worth doing business please let me know.
