Typical low-income high rise. Very annoying. They will not fix the panel to buzz the apartments to get in. So you have to wait for someone to open the door for you. I guess it's owned by slum lords...

Its nice housing for people who are older or special needs and they set your rent based on your income so it's nice for people who are living on social security and stuff like that,

I loved loving at the Arms. I moved for reasons that had nothing to do with the building or management. There have been so many improvements that I see when I go back to visit friends.
