This gym is an amazing find! I have been focusing on yoga and dance for many years, and I decided to start to integrate strength training. The bootcamp classes and the personal training sessions are outstanding here at Pittsburgh Pro Fitness. The staff is great about working with people of different ages and backgrounds, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

This is a great gym with some high quality staff. Would recommend this place for both individuals who are looking for personal training as well as individuals who want a good gym.

We found a Groupon for Bootcamp classes 2x/week for a month that was impossible to resist. Turns out we found an amazing gym right in our community! Robert and Chad lead great work out classes that we love coming to every week.

This Gym has some decent instructors but all-around terrible customer service. Went to this place for years and every time there's a minor issue, got nothing but a run-around, and a slap in the face. When I look for a Gym membership or to purchase classes, I trust that I will get the service I am paying for, but could not trust it here. Firstly, the terms of your contract are not made clear from the very beginning. I was told its a 3-month commitment in the beginning, but turns out the contract renews every 3 months for another 3 months. I switched to paying per class in advance, and then they tell me that's also part of a contract, when its really not. Certain representatives do not listen to feed-back and do not correct issues with classes. In fact, instructors expect you to resolve issues with them instead of resolving your issues (because you're the customer) - what kind of business model is this? I've never heard of it. At times, we were forced to work out in the parking lot in 80 degree heat and with exhaust fumes filling the entire space. Other times its 40 degrees inside with all the doors open in 20 degree winter weather. And by the way, I never saw anybody lose weight here, not in the 2 years I attended this gym.

My 14 yr old daughter and I just started going there. People are great so far, the equipment us well kept and clean. Excited to keep coming back.

Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is the best! The workouts are always challenging but totally adaptable to your level of fitness. Rob and all the other trainers are awesome - super knowledgeable, friendly, and motivational. The atmosphere in the gym is really supportive and fun - not judgey at all. The bootcamp classes are great. Would highly recommend PPF if you're looking to improve your physical health!

Pittsburgh Pro Fitness is the best! The workouts are always challenging but totally adaptable to your level of fitness. Took a class at this studio when in town visiting friends. Owner greeted us at the door with a warm welcome and we quickly got into warmups and stretching. The facility was clean and the workout was great! Treadmills, cardio, kettle bells, medicine balls and weights. Great full body workout. I would visit again 100%
