Never will it use CVS. Their phone system is totally automated and then you have to leave a message. They track you by your phone number so if your calling for a child your responsible for your spend a frustrating afternoon talking to AI !! I recommend anyone other than CVS !!!! Had to put one star because they don't have thumbs DOWN

The girl who checked me out at the pharmacy verbalized my medications out loud with a line of people behind me. When I corrected her and tried to explain how that violates HIPAA and my protected health info she became very defensive instead of taking the constructive feedback and utilizing it to become more mindful. I explained to her some people take HIV meds, psych meds, cancer meds, etc and the last thing anyone would want is to encounter someone who has no regard to their right to privacy and confidentiality. Although, the prescriptions and meds that I take are not sensitive in that nature, she still compromised my protected health info and I’d hate for that to happen to someone who maybe in a more vulnerable or sensitive situation. I wish she would have just taken heed and acknowledged the mistake and lack of awareness so that she could do better but she refused to take accountability. I wanted to speak with the pharmacist about my concerns but it was very busy. The drive thru was backed up and there were about 7 people in line behind me. I was considerate of that and didn’t want to pull the pharmacist and have people waiting even longer. By the time I returned home I did have a email with a survey about my visit so I did complete the survey and express my concerns following that, I was directed to google to leave a review. So here we are..

They were understanding, kind, and adaptable when my doctor failed to verify my pharmacy after already transferring, which had unnecessarily prolonged and complicated the process.

I have always had a good experience with this pharmacy. Yesterday was a disaster. I had a total knee replacement 3 days earlier and needed my ocxycodone refilled before midnight. My dr office did everything correctly but the pharmacy was filling it under medicare Part d which i don't have. I have federal government medicare. In any case i was in so much pain and had to wait until 8 am the following morning. Throughout this process the pharmacist was rude to my dr office, the cvs staff was also very rude to me and the insurance people as well. Gotta really think this through to decide what to do next.

If i wasn't forced by my insurance I wouldn't come here at all. I live 30 minutes away and it's the closest CVS to me. I picked up my script on Saturday and when I got home I realized I was only given 10 of my 30 day supply. No one told me at the store it was only a partial fill. I stopped by Monday when I happened to be in the area and they told me I would have to wait until I was out of the 10 before they could give me the other 20. That once it leaves the store theres nothing they can do. No explanation as to why I was only give 10 pills and no apology for not informing me of the shortage of my script when I picked it up.

The staff is always kind and professional. Assisting my family and I with great deals and products. The store is always clean and a great atmosphere to shop. CVS has the greatest deals with saving my family financially. My family and I truly appreciate and love CVS and pharmacy is magnificent as well. Keep up the great work.

Staff are good here most of the time and helpful. That's not the issue. Medications are not in stock leading to frustration after leaving an appointment to pick up and having to call 5 other pharmacies to get what was requested. Then waiting sometimes hours for the Dr. To get it called in (provided you didn't have the last appointment of the day... then 2 days) I get when things are on backorder, but now a cough syrup I need for bronchitis that has codeine in it will no longer be carried. I was told because of too many fake prescriptions. What? Aren't prescriptions sent 99% electronically now? And why is this MY problem when I have a valid prescription? I get this medicine 2x a year generally. Instead of CALLING to let me know this, they sent it back for substitution... there is NO substitution. Good thing I called the pharmacy. This isn't the 1st or even 2nd time an item was not in stock.... it's an issue and I can't be the only one? The next time I this happens, just as I did with Rite Aid, guess I'll need to switch yet again. Can someone do better at Corporate?

My family and I lived within walking distance of this cvs for years. Honestly the pharmacy staff/retail side staff were always top notch. I am really not sure why there are bad reviews

We went for passport photos. The guy in the front took the photo and we asked to show the photo he just ignored us and i dont know why he is mad at us. I kept asking to show the photo before printing and he just printed the photo which is horrible and charged us $20. Will never go back to that store again and will give 0 or negative stars if it is allowed for this rude behavior.

It forced me to give a star otherwise I would give Zero stars This is the WORST CVS for customer care! Pharmacy is inadequate! Check out staff rude! Not helpful!! Will not go out of their way to look up account to see if I had used my Care Pass... just rude in general .. both clerks! If you don't like being in a service oriented business, then get a different job !!! If you live anywhere near this CVS head to a different location!! .. these people are extremely rude!! Will reporting to CVS headquarters!!
