My family and I lived within walking distance of this cvs for years. Honestly the pharmacy staff/retail side staff were always top notch. I am really not sure why there are bad reviews

We went for passport photos. The guy in the front took the photo and we asked to show the photo he just ignored us and i dont know why he is mad at us. I kept asking to show the photo before printing and he just printed the photo which is horrible and charged us $20. Will never go back to that store again and will give 0 or negative stars if it is allowed for this rude behavior.

I've been a loyal customer to the CVS located @ 744 Wertzville Road in Enola for more than 20 years. The staff is very helpful as well as being informative and friendly. I like going to a store that my family and I are recognized and they know our history.

Although this pharmacy gets busy just like the rest of the CVS Pharmacies, it has quality knowledgeable staff. This pharmacy is properly staffed and they provide excellent service that's fast, in a respectable manner and they're very helpful. This pharmacy is different from other CVS's around. Please try this pharmacy for you and your families health needs.

I enjoy using this pharmacy for my needs. It has staff as well as pharmacists that provide quality customer service. I feel that the staff there attend to the work and have a sense of professionalism. Glad there are staff that care about the nature of their Job.

This Pharmacy is fantastic. The associates in the Pharmacy and Front Store are a class act! Everyone there goes over and beyond to accommodate me. My prescriptions are all synced up and always ready as scheduled.The app is also a game changer for me. I can see when my family’s prescriptions are due, pay for them when ready and just scan my barcode at pickup for multiple family members. I’m in & out in a heartbeat. Whoo hoo!

Thank you for always having my prescriptions ready when I need them. I love your ready fill and script sync options. Your CVS App is great to track my future prescription schedules and to use to prepay for my medications. This speeds up my transaction time greatly. One of your staff members, Jeanine, is always very courteous and efficient when she waits on me!!

The slowest of all time. The drive thru is meant for fast transactions . If someone is longer than a couple min move them inside . Ridiculous waited 15 min in driv thru with people behind me .

The CVS associates are a big help in indicating what would be a better value to me for my purchase. Using the coupons, I get in my email, CVS app and care pass has helped me save tremendously with the new expenses associated with products needed after my husband’s recent cancer surgery. I live closer to a Rite Aid but the savings I get from CVS is worth the extra 15 mile drive. The receipts also indicate what meets Health Savings Account expenses which allowed me to have the evidence needed to get a return on my taxes for medical expenses! I recommend CVS

Had several unknowledgeable staff members who wouldn't grab someone to answer my questions, cancelled my order, and didn't even apologize. I was unable to reach a supervisor to report this employee. The pharmacy is great....the front end? you're better using self checkout

Any other time I’d have given this location 0 stars, but the new pharmacy tech, Beth, is absolutely amazing. She is the first pharmacy employee who was actually willing to look into my billing issues over the phone. Every other person I’ve spoken to at the Wertzville Road location has insisted that my insurance info was wrong, my copay went up, etc., but Beth very quickly determined that a piece of my insurance info was entered incorrectly and immediately corrected it. She was very polite and empathetic, and I couldn’t thank her enough. I hope this place doesn’t burn her out, because she’s truly great at her job.

Got told they have my medicine on back order but then when i have my husband call in they always tell him that they put the order in and maybe next week is when it will show up…every time i call someone answers the phone very rude and mean all the time. i switched to tell because i was told by them multiple time they have my medicine but they don’t they lied and now i don’t have anything. So thanks CVS for caring about my health so much!
