“UPMC closed my PCP in East Berlin, so I had to find a new provider. This office is between work and home, so it was convenient. After reading the horrible reviews, I was a little frightened for my first appointment. I was greeted by a very nice woman. I didn’t get her name, but she was recently promoted. I asked about her congrats balloons, so that is how I found out. She welcomed me to the practice. After check in, I pulled out my phone to play a game. My name was called before the game loaded. Ciara (?) took all my vitals, questions & concerns. Rachelle came in a few minutes later. She was wonderful. I could speak openly about my health concerns. She recommended a few options, noted I was overdue for a procedure. I am vitamin D deficient, so I asked for a blood test. At check out, Frannie booked an appointment for my overdue procedure, made sure I had my patient portal and directed me to the lab waiting area. Again, I pulled out my phone & was called before my game loaded. A very sweet woman did my blood draw and I was done. My appointment was at 1:20pm and I was on my way home at 2:00pm. Best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I highly recommend this practice & the friendly staff.”

“Im not generally one to panic so I tend to take everything in stride. This weekend something unusual happened and I decided I needed to ask questions not necessarily knowing what to do next. After listening to my symptoms I was very surprised that they were able to get me in on the same day I called.
I am a long time patient back when it was simply called Fischer Road Family Practice. I will admit that as soon as they added the bigger corporation to the name, quality care did go down hill but not from the doctors. Sometimes big corporations forget to ask the doctors and staff what made them so successful before they take over. I’m am glad to see they are listening to their patients reviews and making changes.”
“I’ve been coming to Dr. Meuller for over a decade and he is the absolute best. He cares about his patients and the staff go above and beyond. I’m very thankful for having him as my Dr.December 2, 2023. Again I want commend Dr Meuller and his staff especially Shenga who gets things done she knows how to handle insurance companies. This is the best place in the tri-county area for opiate abuse. Dr. Meuller is one of the few Dr.s that will sit down and listen and he remembers everyone’s story because he cares. “I love the positive environment and atmosphere here. While there is usually a wait—up to 15 minutes just to check in, 30 minutes to get called back, and another 30 minutes to be seen—this is understandable given the current challenges medical facilities face. My visit today started at 8:15 AM and ended at 9:40 AM.
I was pleased to see they are training two new front desk associates, which should hopefully improve wait times. The younger front desk staff were excellent, though there were issues with a young blonde with glasses who was rude to an older man, and an older staff member who was inattentive and distracted. Even the kind young lady who checked me in noticed this.
Despite these concerns, I’m excited about the new staff. The trainees seemed eager and personable. I also appreciate Nicole Cook for her understanding and willingness to work with patients.”

“Figured I'd leave a review since I saw how many bad ones there were for this place and it made me nervous to go.Parking lot is very nice, not crowded. I went in for some back x-rays. The front desk lady De was very welcoming and got me checked in fast. X-ray tech was friendly and let me look at the scans. I was only there for maybe a half hour. In and out pretty quick but didn't feel rushed. Overall a good experience”
“I had an appointment here after not having insurance for over a year. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen, how efficient the receptionist and nurse were. My doctor was understanding and caring, and I really appreciate that. There was a real mix up with some prescription refills between the clinic and the pharmacy, but there definitely is not a lack of communication because any time you call, they are right there for you. The doctor was willing to meet all of my needs and referred me to the specialists for someone over 55 and a diabetic. I love this clinic.”
