“I use this UPS location constantly for shipping, and I've used them for printing a few times too. They are the friendliest crew ever. I'm always making errors with my printing orders, and they always go above and beyond fixing my errors and making sure my orders are flawless (usually at a cost to them). I'm so grateful for their constant outstanding customer service. They've truly helped me out in a pinch so many times without complaint.”

She helped me pack my item and taught me how to use eBay to print a shipping label at a reduced cost. I’ll go here first every time now. “warning,Please don't ship portable charging units at this location. They are not authorized to ship those.I drove over an hour to ship a portable power unit one way and wasn't able to do so.Its not the customer service professionals who caused this situation.It was regulations.I give the staff a 5.I give the regulations a -20.Over 2 hours plus my gas money gone and i have to waste more time and resources to accomplish a simple task.I won't be compensated for my wasted time and effort.”

“Clean efficient place. Tip - have your stuff ready to go when you get there - use a good quality corrugated cardboard box and keep your stuff from moving in the box by, for example, stuffing crumpled newspaper under, beside & over your item. Write the final address on a paper to place inside in case the front lable gets ripped. Use either clear or reinforced packing tape over the main flap and all edges. Have the address ready when you get to the counter and be prepared to pay a lot if you want it delivered super quickly (take the standard delivery time and add a day to predict when it will get there). Slow lines here are caused by confused customers, not the staff.”

The store offers a wide range of office supplies and equipment, making it convenient for all my business needs. The staff was helpful and friendly.However, one aspect that stood out was the cost of printer usage. While the convenience of their printing services is undeniable, I found it a bit expensive. It would be great if Staples could consider more competitive pricing in this area to better serve their customers. Nevertheless, for all other office-related needs, Staples remains a reliable choice.”

“Had a freight customer pick-up to take care of, drove on in early in the morning, followed the flow of traffic and parked where I thought I was supposed to go. I asked a few gentlemen where Customer Pick-Up was and they were very helpful and friendly directing me where to go. I popped into the building they pointed out and wow they are so busy here. I asked one more gentleman to direct me to the right office and he actually walked me directly there, friendly as ever. Met with Diane and she was great. She got me hooked up, paperwork in hand, and had yet another friendly gentleman assist me in loading up my car. All in all, great experience in a very smooth running operation, from a customer pickup standpoint.”
