I'm leaving my review for Evan who straight up lied about the increase in my bill. I went into the store shortly before Christmas to upgrade the phone on my line. He told me that T-Mobile was running a promotion where if I added a line that I would get the phone for free and he was able to apply a separate promotion to get us 3 trackers and I would only have to pay tax for the trackers which was about $7, paid right there in the store. I get my bill the next month and it increased by $72 when I asked Evan several times how much my new bill would be and he told me $21 extra. Turns out he put insurance on a line that he knew that I would not use and it's sole purpose was for me to get my free phone and he failed to disclose there was a monthly service charge for each tracker. I did not ask for insurance, he didn't ask me if I wanted it either so I clearly did not consent to it. Absolutely piss poor customer service! I do not recommend this store to anyone. Thankfully, I called T-Mobile and the woman over the phone applied a bill credit for me but EVAN SUCKS.

Yesterday I had a guy just outright lied to me about prices and then on top of it threw in accessories on my bill and in my bag that no one asked him for so I came in today Sunday at 11:00 it's now 11:21 and no one is at the store yet even though they're hours say they're open so I got to say this is probably the worst location I've ever been to and whenever someone does show up maybe eventually I can get things worked out but as of right now this is unacceptable

Plain and simple...Jon and Liv are the reason my wife and I go to this store. They know what they are talking about, they make you feel important, and are simply amazing. They are assets to t-mobile and should be recognized by management

Went to this T-Mobile to switch from att. Went with the bring your device and they’ll pay it off. This was in May and i have yet to received the payment for my device. I’ve called and went to the store to try and resolve this issue. One time they told me they needed a certain number from the device that needed paid off, gave them the number in June and still no result. Also, gave 3 tracker devices and told me they came free with each line. The next bill comes, and the trackers by my surprise were not free! Still paying for them and didn’t even open them. Tried to return them and now they hit us with a restocking fee for each device. I could have stayed with att. This store sucks!!

I spoke to destiny (spelling) today about if she was able to even help me. She spent 10 minutes on the phone answering my questions and guiding me in the right direction.

Destinee and Tay were so accompanying during my visit to pick up a new phone and get my data transferred.. I felt like I made two new friends! I would recommend this location if you want perfect customer service!

Salesman lied to me. Told me the accessories were free after looking at the receipt he acted like they were but wasn’t he told me I had a balance on the old phone that I had to pay but after getting home the balance was not paid. I hate crooks

A few years ago I would have never considered T Mobile. But now they have better service than Verizon where I live & the staff here made it painless to add a couple more lines to the account. They make sure you're getting the best options. It took longer than it did to buy my truck, but they saved me $. Highly recommend the staff here.

While waiting in store it was busy and the employees were great. Customer was getting mad and yelling 1 worker defused the situation and no bad vibes. 5 ?
