Used to be my go to pharmacy but things have gone downhill in recent months. Never have my prescriptions on-time anymore. Zero communication if there are issues with insurance or prescription. While not always the case, when calling regarding what is holding up these prescriptions the staff is typically unpleasant and unhelpful. There are better pharmacies on the area, I will no longer be using them. I would stay away just not worth the hassle.

I WAS YELLED AT BY THE PHARMACY MANAGER. Today, I went to pick up a prescription. I was the second car in line, and we sat there for 20 minutes with nothing happening. I honked my horn. Very quickly, things got moving. However, when I got to the window it flew open and the pharmacy manager, Cassandra, proceeded to start yelling at me about honking my horn. She said there are only 3 people inside. She also said she recognized me. That felt odd and threatening. She then told me she decided to bill under my insurance despite me telling them to bill under good rx. I told her I was allowed to honk my horn if I wanted and it wasn't their decision to bill insurance. She proceeded to be disrespectful so I drove away. I then called the store to speak to the store manager on duty. He told me he would look into this situation. He called me back and told me that cassandra actually said, I yelled at her and cursed at her, which is a total lie. He said he's inclined to back his associates and would side with her. I hung up.

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from the pharmacist at this location. I was told over the phone that my prescription would be ready today.It comes in a box so it doesn’t need counted, just a label slapped on it. However, when I arrived, the pharmacist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Once he realized who I was, he refused to fill my prescription—despite me being told it would be ready. His tone and attitude were completely unacceptable, and the way I was treated felt personal and unnecessary. I’ve never experienced such disrespect from a healthcare professional. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and would advise others to be cautious about the way customers are treated here. I will be transferring all my families prescriptions from this place. I was upset bc the cost of my 1 prescription went up by $10. Then he said the cost was from my insurance not paying for it. When I had to go through GSK for a prescription card from day 1 bc my insurance refused to pay for it. The extra 100 points I get from getting my prescription filled here is not worth the disrespect.

I suffer from frequent kidney stones and have for many years. Because the pain can be excruciating and suddenly onset, my doctor has prescribed two medications which I can take as needed until I can obtain proper medical assistance. One is for pain and the other anti-nausea. My occurrence of kidney stones is so frequent, despite preventative medication and diet restrictions, that I carry these medications whenever I travel.
In December of 2023, I refilled the prescription for the anti-nausea medication at the Weis pharmacy on Valley Road in Enola. While the prescription reads use 1 every 12 hours as needed, I did not have occasion for its use intil the end of April. That is when I discovered the manufacturer's expiration date was February of 2024. Therefore, I had less than two months to use the medication before it expired. I believe I have never been prescribed anything with less than a one year expiration. Furthermore, I was unsure of the effectiveness of the expired medication. While in the throes of excruciating pain and excessive nausea and profuse vomiting is not the time I wanted to find out.
When I recovered from that bout of kidney stone, I visited the Valley Road Weis Pharmacy to discuss my concerns, fully expecting my prescription to be replaced. Instead, I was treated with reproach by the Pharmacy Manager, Ms. Cassandra Mislyan. She informed me that if I had used the medication as prescribed every 12 hours, it would have been used before the expiration. I attempted to explain that the medication is to be used every 12 hours only as needed. It is prescribed as a prophylactic. When I asked for the medication to be replaced, Ms. Mislyan informed me that I would be required to pay for another prescription, and that there would be no guarantee the same situation would not be repeated.
It is my contention that I should not have been issued a medication that was intended to be used throughout a year as needed that had an expiration date of only two months. I also did not appreciate the manner in which I was addressed by Ms. Mislyan. While I have found interactions with Weis employees to be generally very positive, I was disappointed at the attitude displayed towards me that day.

The pharmacists and staff are so caring! I transferred from CVS because I use GoodRX and Weis Pharmacy has the best prices in the area. Very happy I transferred. The grocery store is also great and convenient.

I must admit I go here for the bar! Yes they have a pub inside and you can get a generous pour of wine or beer for 3/6 dollars. It takes the chore out of grocery shopping to just sit for a moment and enjoy a nice glass away from the hubs and child! This store is clean and new and they often have buy one get one meats on special. I like that the aisles are wide enough to push my cart by shoppers that have their head up their a@@.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very timely. They will send you a text when your Rx is done. Nice feature. I've only been there for a month, and the pharmacist recognized me and called me by my name. I was very impressed.

I have been shopping here for some time, and all the employees here remember me and my preferences and make a big effort to help me find everything I need to find and it all causes me to feel very special to them. And the receipt for my purchases always offers me a telephone or computer survey I can complete to earn an additional ten cents off each dollar spent on gas at their pumps (or I can use the points towards an amount off of my next purchase of groceries). purchases.

Beautiful store, much nicer than the only other Weis I've been to (Gettysburg). All departments were well stocked for the Memorial Day weekend. Fresh departments such as produce, meats and deli were impressive. The bakery was just okay with an average selection. Prices were on par with other local stores. If I lived here I would probably do most of my shopping here.

They allow customers who don’t wear masks inside. Most of the customers I saw today were elderly. No one at the doors asking people to wear masks. Will not shop here again.
