“Got my 5 series towed there and they had it diagnosed, part delivered, and installed within 5 days during the holiday! I needed the tire replaced and i ran and bought one and they waited past closing time to get it mounted for me!. They even showed me the old part that was damaged. I will never go to a BMW dealer and pay their prices again!”

“My neighbor recommended The Brake Stopp to me. Adam was out sick, so Steven waited on me. Steven was very attentive from the first time I met him, even when I arrived just before their closing time. I had a cut tire that needed replaced. I had tire/wheel insurance. So, he had to contact the insurer and become a service provider for them. He did so quickly, filed a claim, and ordered the tire after the claim was approved. Then he removed my donut tire, made sure it was completely latched in the trunk along with the jack and lug wrench, and installed the new tire. I have complete confidence in Steven. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They provide mechanical services too. I haven't had the job done yet, but they beat a price to replace 4 brake pads and rotors on my other vehicle by $225. Steven even offered to stay late to complete this work, so I didn't need to take time off. I plan to use Brake Stopp for my future mechanical repairs. It's hard to find a auto repair shop that is trustworthy, especially for a woman. I feel very comfortable with their staff and service.”
