I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. I received a confirmation email Saturday morning. I got there, and the door was locked, and no one seemed to be inside. I waited more than 20 minutes, and still no one came out nor contacted me.

This is the first time I actually enjoyed going to the Dentist. The Staff was extremely friendly & I love how easy it was for the Staff to explain My situation. Oh & most importantly I loved watching the TV while waiting in the Chair?Thank You. Aspen Dental really got it right!✅️ JP

I got the best professional care. The dentist went over the X-rays and answered all questions. The staff members were great and made me feel comfortable. They are friendly and helpful. I can't wait for a better smile.

Hygenist and Dentist are amazing, as are the assistants who aid the Dentist! They really take the time to make the experience a pleasant one and have compassion for helping you through the process of getting a better smile. My reasoning for the review is, I had a zero issues up until my last two appointments in which there were multiple issues with the billing/checkout side of things. My first issue was a patient who was done after me and another patient decided to take it upon themselves to cut in line by seating herself at the checkout desk after being asked numerous times to “please take a seat in the green room” numerous times and refusing to do so by standing in the way of staff by standing in the outer doorway of the green room. I had to wait over an hour to be checked out (2:46pm- 3:48pm), walking out the door at 4pm when my appointment was at 2 pm and the work was done by 2:45pm.My second issue only happened literally 2 days after this first occurrence. I had asked for pricing for a crown prior to getting the prep done, as I had already paid for the original work getting done but I was asked while prepping the original work if there was a chance to get the crown done as well, so the dental assistant went to the office manager and she came back with a sticky note showing me the price and explaining the breakdown and was presented what the cost due would be, so I agreed to get the work done based on that cost as other work was needed done in that same area. When I went to check out, it was a different office manager and all of the sudden the price was substantially higher than I had agreed to. I had asked why and she explained that her math was different than the other office manager’s and that she would charge me 60% of the cost that day and I could pay the rest at my next appointment, when I wanted to pay the full amount I was originally presented prior to the work, in full so it was off my plate. I really enjoy this dentist but I dread checkout anymore.

Love this aspen! Went to the one in lebanon, had me waiting 40 minutes to not even be able to do what i came in for. Drove to this location, got there BEFORE my scheduled appointment, they took me back quickly and the doctor (who didnt even really have time for me) squeezed me in and fixed my issue. All the staff were super polite to me. Thank you for making my smile a whole lot better! Lol

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The atmosphere was calm and great. Everything was explained to me in way I could understand but I was spoken down upon. Definitely will be coming here from now on.

Was rescheduled 3 times when I finally got to my appointment the receptionist “assumed” what I was getting and over charged me. I asked if I was over charged and they first told me I wasn’t and then told me “Oh I do see you were overcharged so we added it as a credit to your account” I said I don’t want a credit on my account I want a refund. Called 3 times so far about my refund and everytime i’m given the run around and the last time I was told a manager would contact me back and that was a week ago and nobody has contacted me. Sometimes they don’t even answer when you call they sometimes put you on hold and hang up too. Ive been very nice about this the whole time but i’m beginning to get very frustrated because I want my money back. I don’t want a credit because i’m never coming back.

My new patient appointment went extremely well today. I arrived with a list of questions and concerns, which were all answered and addressed. The person who took my x-rays, the dentist I spoke with, and the dental assistant (the only thing I didn’t write down was names, I do apologize) were all incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and open to answering all of my questions by providing further information. I was given a detailed explanation regarding my oral health and treatment plan, leaving me feeling like my needs were met and that I have a strong plan in the works. The person who reviewed my treatment plan with me and set up my next appointment was also very helpful and kind, and provided much needed information on payment plans. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while, so I was weary of this appointment. Now I feel confident in my choice of Aspen Dental at the Ephrata location. Thank you to the team, and I am looking forward to working together in the future.

The staff and dentist are incredibly nice people. They were very caring for my son and sought his best interests. The medical advice they gave in an emergency situation gave my son instant relief.

Terrible Dentristy. My elderly mom needed a full set of dentures. Her teeth were already pulled by oral surgeons at another group. They told me at the time, their best dentures were $5000.00. We had saved up our money so we paid up front and in full. The billing dept said I would not have to pay anything more. She would get a full denture at the top and partials at the bottom. It did not go well. She went for many appts but they could not get them right. My mom had a small stroke so we had to stop for a few weeks. I called and let them know. She returned but the partials were never right. The dentists were rarely the same and would just leave the room without telling us they were done and the denture needed work. The next time she got both fitted but the bottom partial was cutting into her upper gum. The dentist was getting ready to walk out but my mom called him in and told him. He looked irrate to have to come back in the room but after he looked, he said they weren't even made correctly. He took both out and said she would have to come back. When we returned they told us we owed another $1000. We said no, but they made us sign a paper in order for her to get the dentures. It was for a credit card. The dentures were still not correct. I requested our money back as per the sign that said if the dentures were not correct, money back guarantee. I talked to the head of the office, I talked to the head of the revgion. No one would give us our money back and they kept the dentures. We have a credit card bill of $3000 now, for what? We didn't get any dentures and list our money. I reported to BBB. If you are still in doubt about this place, go to the BBB and see the reviews. Don't go here for anything. Terrible service and still out for $5000.00. That's nothing to them but it's a lot to us. She's living off medicare and I'm on disability. They string you along, "we'll check into it, just come back and we'll try again". No, they had probably 20 chances, we just want our money back so we can pay this credit card off which we shouldn't owe because we didn't get anything. Beware of this corrupt company. None of them have good reviews per the BBB.

I went to Ephrata first. The Dr that took care of me was extremely kind, professional, sympathetic. He was so concerned that he had to send me to an oral surgeon. But I would highly recommend him! I was very impressed with his kindnessThe dental assistant, was also very kind and professional. I felt very welcomed!
