Came in to upgrade our phones. I figure the young lady who waited on me’s parents were probably in middle school when I became an ATT customer about 30 years ago. She declined to accept our perfectly good trade in because of 4 slight screen scratches that pretty much buffed out at the Verizon store where I switched our phones and dropped ATT AFTER 30 years! How the hell do you run this store? First week as a manager?

Did not help us, said that they couldn’t port a number over. Seemed annoyed that we even came in to the store.

Very knowledgeable of all terms, conditions, fine print, etc..... for any plan that suits your needs.
In all, a great all around for your phone needs if you should be waited on at this location.

Alex did a great job with getting me my new iPhone and transferring the old information to the new phone. Friendly and very knowledgeable about the phone and AT&T service.

Went in for a phone. Brandell was my salesman. Was very good. Explained they had a promotion for the Samsung ultra 23 with a trade in. Looked at my trade in Samsung note 9 and said that would be ok since the condition was good and said that it qualifies. Once I received the new phone went into the store like I was directed to do to turn it over. They stated they couldn’t accept the phone and refused to accept my trade in, that the phone didn’t meet the requirements for the promotion. Told me buy one off eBay and send that phone in. Which I regrettably did. Sent the phone in and never received my credits. Went into the store and refused to help said I had to call Att customer support. called multiple time to Att to have it squared away. They said the wrong shipping label was given and went to the wrong place. Now I’m out the promotion and the cost of the eBay phone. Long time customer and will never go back to that store and most likely will be switching providers.

I went to this store tonight planning to purchase a new phone & update my plan. The store had one employee working with one customer when I got there. I waited & waited & waited & the employee never so much as acknowledged there was another customer in the store. A simple "I'll be with you as soon as possible" would have been enough for me to happily wait, but I got nothing from this employee. Ended up leaving . I'll find somewhere else!

Friendly staff that does their best to help. Not sure they actually understand everything they are signing you up for though. My wife any I joined Firstnet for first responders. But it was not explained that we would need to make separate accounts. With Firstnet, you get a free Apple Watch. But it is a watch that requires its own service plan which is also not explained.Signing up with Firstnet is a lesson in frustration on its own even if the website works properly.Moral of the story: make sure you do your own research on everything you’re signing up for here. The sales rep seems to have the best intentions without all of the information.

Store manager added an unwanted phone line to my account “to save me money” on my bill. This was a lie and had to spend hours on the phone to correct. Be careful when purchasing a new phone or upgrading.

Even helped me switch my phone. My phones were taking forever to transfer. Even figured out the problems and corrected them. He was the only employee in the store with about 5 sets of customers at once. He made sure to not only get to everyone quickly and professionally but with a smile and patience! Definitely a rockstar! Thank you so much!

Very helpful people here!Any issues with phone they help immediately.It was an issues/no so easy process to change phone carriers but it was great!Highly recommend.
