Recently changed to their streaming service from their cable. Wish would not have. Is constantly buffering. Not at all satisfied. Been a customer for 27 years.

Not a good experience ! Tried to force me into installing the fiber optic and all I wanted was an upgrade .

Constantly having buffering issues, service drops for no reason, have to disconnect and reconnect. Customer service hours at BRC office is a joke…. Prices constantly going up while service goes down. But hey they have the monopoly in the area. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
