I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Ephrata, they provided me will updates through text on the progress of my repairs and got my car done in a timely fashion. I was wonderfully surprised to get in my car and find out they cleaned and vacuumed it for me, which was greatly appreciated. My estimator Viking was very knowledgeable and professional. I have had the unfortunate/fortunate need to work with Caliber on 2 separate occasions recently. If I could give more stars I would! Hands down, excellent service from start to finish and they even returned my car cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. I had to get my car repaired after I was hit in an accident on the highway. The folks at the Ephrata Caliber location were really on top of everything! Got calls for all updates, they answered all my questions, and were just overall really helpful, kind, and professional during a really stressful time. So far the repairs look great! They also coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise Rental Cars, so that was an extra help in a challenging time as well. Definitely pleased so far!
