No stars isn't an option, so I had to give 1. Overall, bad customer service!!! They don't communicate amongst each other or leave notes in the patients' accounts so that the patient doesn't have to explain it over and over. They made a HUGE scene about a medication that had my name on it and it said promised. It was paid for already as well. Yet they basically put me on trial and made me feel like I was a liar. I showed them my old bottle, so I had the evidence. But why wasn't this information on the computer? I shouldn't have to save old bottles or be treated like I'm some kind of liar. I proved my end of things, and 2 out of 4 people apologized for what they put me through.
I seriously left there in tears. I have severe PTSD, anxiety, and depression ... also a hx of DV, so all of this was a trigger for me. Yes, I did finally get my medication, but the abuse they put me through was unprofessional and just disgusting. I left in tears and had a panic attack in my car while my daughter had to witness ALL of this. I think I should switch to Weis. I've been told they're easier to deal with.
There are so many issues when I go it's ridiculous. Make sure to call and confirm every time you're going to pick up that they'll be ready and always call about their hours. They are unorganized and unprofessional.
They have a newer pharmacist now that I appreciate that has actually taken the time out to fix another pharmacists mistake. He might not even be new. Maybe I just haven't seen him before. I didn't catch his name. He's tall and wears glasses. KEEP HIM because he will boost morale, not in just me, the customer, but also the employees.

Have had numerous issues with the CVS in Ephrata, PA, however, last evening took the cake. The service team member was completely unprofessional, rude, showed no willingness to help solve problems. VERY BAD experience.

In this day and age, no pharmacy is perfect. However, c v s does make every effort to do a good job. The ephrata store has gotten much better under current management. I enjoy shopping there. And I recommend that if you need your prescription very quickly, you call and let them know that. They are not mind readers and they have quite a lot of prescriptions to fill in a short amount of time, so when a new prescription comes in, they don't automatically know it is a VIP. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET THEM KNOW.
