Not a professional shop, just some random guy who fixes his buddies cars. Maybe he does good work, who knows cause he won't take new customers. Answering the phone with who are you? I don't know you! Not very professional.

Literally the best mechanic in the world. Mechanics can be such a-holes to women & try to upcharge them etc but Don has always been super honest & will tell you what you do and don't need. My car is 22 years old and needs a decent amount of upkeep and I've never felt ripped off or like he was just trying to make a quick buck. He always goes above and beyond to explain things about my car to me and has never been judgemental about my less than amateur knowledge. He's actually helped me understand some things about cars! I cannot imagine going to another mechanic after him. If you're looking for a mechanic in the area I would stop looking and go here!!!

He is quite the mechanic!!! So very caring about his customers!!! I had a problem with my vehicle and he took it the same day gave an estimate on how much it would cost to fix and went on right away with fixing it sometimes you do have to be patient and wait, but the wait is worth while because he provides excellent services and nows exactly how to fix the problem, only decent mechanic left in ephrata!!!!
