Today I was at Fulton Bank at Reading Rd and received terrible service. One teller, a female, was engaging in a personal conversation about a restaurant with a customer already being served by 1 out of 3 tellers. I was told that teller was serving drive through customers while having the personal conversation. This conversation was allowed to continue as I waited for service. Very unprofessional.
After posting this review I noticed the exact same prefab responses to at least 4 other complaints by Fulton bank owner. How sad. Speaks volumes to me about Fulton Bank.

This branch has terrible customer service. When I walked in to do a wire transfer 10 minutes before closing time.( a process that in the past takes five minutes ) they said “ No, we can’t do that for you. Everyone is busy doing end of day tasks. “ Even though they have a holiday tomorrow, they refuse to possibly work a few minutes past closing time. What terrible service!!

Always plenty of tellers that are very knowledgeable. Has a coffee machine which no one else has!

They have a couple good employees that are very nice and helpful but as a whole they are slow and have no urgency or care for your time and money.

always so rude in the drive through, i have waited over 10 minutes for a simple deposit, drive the extra 10 minutes to the Adamstown branch, much better staff

How to use the atm:1: put your debit card in2: type in your pin3: choose account to withdraw from4: choose amount to withdraw5: take card and money6: pull awayThere's no reason you should be spending more than 3 minutes at an ATM, let alone 10. Please add another ATM at this location if the lobby is never going to be open, too many incompetent individuals don't understand the concept of using an ATM. If I have to keep going to ENB and spending $3 to use their ATM, I'm just going to bank with them.

Terrible long waits in drive thru over 10 minutes with only two cars in drive thru, and on multiple occasions have “messed up” funds being deposited in accounts that “they’re computers” did wrong and I had checks bounce , bills that needed paid at end of month, and they couldn’t rectify situation in over 24hrs,. They close two locations combine them into one you think they could get people thru “quicker” but the math I had in school must not be the math their using 1+1 = 1/2 or even 1/4 here as far as wait times they’re other locations used to be 3 mins or Less now 7 -10 mins , or more ” for two cars”

Love this bank until the closure and combining of branches in Ephrata. Waiting 20 minutes to talk to somebody thru a computer screen is not service and very impersonal. It shows a lack of social skills and personal understanding. Also miss the free lollies.

Slowest drive through around. You wait almost 15-20 almost everytime. Other Fulton Banks in the area that I have been to are not as slow as this one.
