Ok so I had to get a cream for my foot that was prescribed by my foot doctor and I got it prescribed on 10/31 and they said that the amount of cream tablets was too much for me (I’m 13yrs old) and even though the doctor said that will be plenty

It is illegal to mix multiple NDC numbers into the same bottle, this place has done it to 2 of my medicines. No common sense.
Also sometimes my bottle of liquid medicine has the top safety strip ripped off and writing on the bottle? I am looking for a new pharmacy asap and I am reporting this to their corporate office and FDA and whoever else I need to report it to.. I have had enough. If there is a recall on a medicine and they have multiple NDC numbers in the same bottle.. WOW this just is beyond belief for a supposedly educated person at a pharmacy not even adhering to the STATE LAW?

I can't get through to the pharmacy auto refill line. When i call, it just stops ringing after a while.... calling the main number listed on this page. This has been an issue for months.Edit:Giant followed up with a phone call and let me know that their service provider had some... difficultiesThat's been resolved and the phones shouldn't be an issue any more.Thanks Giant for the feedback!

I recently started using this pharmacy after moving to the area. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been phenomenal. They are all so nice. The scripts are filled super quickly. I had an issue with one of my scripts being out of stock and Jean was so helpful in making sure I got my medication and communicating with me. Highly recommend!

Excellent Pharmacy. The very best and caring Pharmacists and support staff. My family is medically very complicated and the amazing support and guidance my family receives is invaluable! They always answer the phone and are ready to help in every way.Recently, we have been unable to reach anyone. We were very perplexed as this has never happened. After multiple calls we were finally able to reach the grocery store and found out that Giant Corporate made the store switch from Verizon (excellent phone service) to Windstream (awful service we personally left). This is not the fault of the staff and was an awful decision by Giant corporate. I give Giant Pharmacy an A++++ rating and Giant Corporate a failing grade. I hope they reconsider as the Staff are already hard working and do not need one more thing to deal with; I’m sure.
