The Goodwill Store & Donation Center is a popular destination for bargain hunters and those looking to support a good cause. Customers praise the friendly and helpful staff, who strive to make the shopping experience enjoyable. The store's selection is constantly changing, with customers often finding unique and valuable items at affordable prices. While some customers note that prices can be high, they also acknowledge that everything eventually goes on sale, and the quick turnover of merchandise means that shoppers need to act fast to secure their desired items. The store's recent move to a new, larger building has been well-received, with customers noting that the space is clean, neat, and organized. Despite the overall inflation affecting prices nationwide, the Goodwill Store & Donation Center remains a beloved community resource, offering a fun and rewarding shopping experience.
I am a big thrifter. Love going to goodwill. However, I wish this store could move to a bigger location for better parking and more organized instead of everything being cluttered.
If ephrata goodwill was smart, they would move to wear big lots was. Perfect spot for them.

Goodwill was packed. People shopping everywhere and came in and addressed the desk. I was looking for a gift card, a manager was called out, took care of me in a different lane so I would not hold up other customers. Very professional.
