My mom wanted me to write this review: I have been taking my car here now for 3 years for inspection after a neighbor recommended them to me. I know that they will always be truthful and not rip me off. They take the time to explain things to me. I often do not have a ride to get my car, and they will drop it off for me with is very convenient. They provide exceptional customer service and I recommend them to everyone!

Outstanding service from a business with integrity. I have known Trevor for many years now and he has never failed to deliver on his promises, whether on car repairs or used car sales. He and his team go above and beyond to take care of their customers. For example, I had purchased a used car from Trevor in Ephrata with the intent of registering it in Maryland. The car ran like a champ, looked great and it was ready for the road. I headed down I-83 to bring the car to its new home. Unfortunately, the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration found a discrepancy when it came time for registration. On the bill of sale, Trevor had written "pd in full". Apparently, this was not sufficiently clear for the MVA and they refused to title the car. I called Trevor from the Maryland MVA office just at the end of the business day in a panic. He faxed me a new document within minutes that read--unambiguously--"paid in full". The MVA was satisfied and issued the title. My first action after installing the MD plates was to send Trevor a pic of the car with my thumbs up. SO very grateful for his responsiveness, his patience and his integrity. A truly honest garage. If it's something they can't do, they won't waste your money having them learn on your dollar, but if it's in their ability, they'll do everything to find and fix the problem. I trust them with any of my vehicles

I recently moved to the neighborhood and starting using Graham's as my local garage. They have now performed work on my car twice. Last week I had called to get a price and set an appointment to replace my throttle body. I have a friend who worked for GM as a certified master tech but has recently taken a better job in a different field. He had gone over my vehicle to narrow it down to what the issue was as well as rule out all other things I may have going on. Since the car will need some programing I would have to take it to a shop that has that equipment. Jeremy said they would like to diagnose it before replacing the Throttle body. This to ensure im not just doing so and the issue remains. I told him I understand but I didn't want that nor to pay extra for that. I Just needed the part replaced and programed. He said he would get a price and call back. When he called back he stated the owner does not want to do the work unless we are diagnosing it...I do not wish to pay a fee for a service that my not render any resolution if this intermittent issue does not occur doing their presence. I will now be taking ALL my business elsewhere. I asked for something to be done and they did not want to do so. I appreciate the caution but its not like I came to them saying my car is acting up and I think it might be this. Can you look at it? Nope I said I'm looking to have this part replaced and programmed.Makes you wonder if you go in and request an oil change, will they need to diagnose it to ensure that's what you really need??? Lol I doubt it but same concept just a business trying to pinch extra dollars out of the customers. ALSO BEWARE if they tell you something won't pass inspection because of rust. They told me next year at inspection my rear bumper support will need addressed/replaced in order for it to pass inspection. Upon review of my friend who has his inspection certifications, car will be fine and pass next year. Slight surface rust will not fail. Get a second look if this is what they tell you. To the business just remember word of mouth is your biggest advertisement (good and bad). This mouth runs too :)Update: Clearly this isn't medical... I have a friend who is very good at what they did. Opting out of a job field for a better opportunity and better pay shouldn't disqualify someones ability to properly diagnose a vehicle given they were a master tech within my cars manufacturer. I chose to figure out what was wrong via him because If it was acting up at 9pm I could swing by his house and he would take a look and scan the car. This is how he came to the throttle body as the issue. I would have only been able to get to the cause by paying a garage multiple diagnose fees as It wouldn't act up often. These guys do great work im sure but they are not professional given the response. But remember my mouth runs so :)P.s. Another garage replaced the throttle body with one they got from GM as I would have thought you would have done with my request.... Car runs perfect now. Not an issue when a customer is requesting something be done, not telling you its acting up figure it out....
