Absolutely disgusting service rendered by Ann Clark. My discussion began with her threats and harassment of repossession due to lack of insurance. After providing proof I was continually harassed about calling them…. Upon finally becoming so irritated I called I was informed they need nothing else. I’ll be refinancing my loan with another company as soon as I have time I suggest anybody with alone in this facility does the same to avoid harassment. Extremely long wait times. Even worse online banking system, super outdated system. Reset password every time I click something. Reset security question every time I click something. I just want to pay my bill.... lovely people though once you do get a hold of someone...

I couldn't find a nicer bank or nicer people to work with. They will go above and beyond for you and can greet you by name. They give excellent service and I am privileged to do my banking with them.
