Very happy with my experience at the Ephrata storage location. We had a climate controlled unit. Used it a few years and then removed our things. Everything looked as good as the day we stored it. Short of 5 stars because their is no person or office at this location. A little hard to connect with a human being.

I have a storage unit at the KO Self-Storage facility in Ephrata, PA. I don't need a 10x10 unit any longer so I called to schedule a move out date and to get a smaller unit there. I worked with Lorie who was very helpful and friendly. Prices at KO are competitive and I have no complaints.
