Zero stars was not an option so it’s 1 star. Security at this company is beyond garbage. My account got hacked, over a course of 13 months & this bank specified they were not going to do anything about the fraudulent charges, knowing that they were not authorized. Again, they specified they were aware the charges were not me but refused to refund my money back. Thousands of dollars lost due to incompetence at pnc. If zero stars were an option that would be the one. Don’t go here, don’t recommend it, get a different bank. You’d be better off just keeping cash instead of going to any pnc. This place is a joke.

Absolutely the worse banking experience I've ever had. Tried to open a buisness account with state certification and they gave me a huge run around and asked for all this extra documents and then still said it wasn't enough. Went to orrstown and they opened a buisness account with no problem. With my simple llc state paperwork. Having all kinds of issues with my personal pnc account also. And no one wants to fix it. Absolutely will never use them again

Do not bank with pnc they are a complete joke. Besides shutting down some of their branch locations and making them fancy atms I went this morning and met Mike Gains at the door and he says I need to use another branch because they lost power and aren’t connected to the network. How many locations do I need to visit today… do not waste your time like I did.

Mike gains in particular called me made a joke out of the call tried to tell me how banking works I had 0 dollars then had 80 all the sudden that money turned into negative fees he was unprofessional I do not recommend him or this bank he was supposed to help but laughed and was inappropriate his staff of who I felt with also have attitudes and think there above you

I experienced extensive account infiltration from a scammer and was not getting questions answered with confidence at my local branch. I called the Ephrata branch and spoke with Denise who was kind, appropriately concerned, and very helpful. Her tone of voice in itself was comforting. I was very pleased with our correspondence during this stressful time.

Needed a new debt card I called ahead to set this up. So helpful and courteous glad I moved from the other bank I was going to.I like the atm giving different amounts than just $20.

Went in to get a replacement card and was told no one could help me for another hour. People are rude. I have been with pnc for over 10 years....and every branch I deal with was amazing....but Ephrata branch is the worst.. Rude people...never enough people working....was told only 2 people can print replacement cards.... 1 was at lunch and 1 was busy.

Before I even spoke a word the body language and I didn't know someone could talk so loudly through their eyes everything said go away! Card was charged $ in grocery store in California which would be okay if I wasn't in Pennsylvania! Told they couldn't do anything without an appointment and to basically leave and go to another Branch any other branch that was two employees told me that the one employee with a customer was the only one that could do anything. Now I'm rushing to find another Branch and hoping they can help unlike that sad useless building with paid employees. Except that one employee that was booked solid most likely from doing the work of 3!

I needed a new debit card, and they were busy. I didn't have a problem waiting, but the teller told me Itd be a 20 minute wait and said to go to another branch
