Crystal (I'm specifically referring to the senior level Crystal) is the ONLY person to get blood on the first try from my veins. I've had many blood tests and have left bruised in several locations from various providers because techs have trouble finding good veins and I'm not an easy stick. I told Crystal of this predisposition & she worked her magic to stick me once and get blood to flow quickly. Kuddos to her for her skill & great communication skills. I also appreciate that the facility was running on time and I was seen when I was scheduled. The only great experience with a blood draw that I've ever had!

Booked an appointment, checked in 10 minutes ahead as recommended and was helped a bit early even. No major complaints, even though the bandaging and prep for blood draw seemed slightly substandard. Got the results within a day, so that was fast!

If you make an appointment you will still wait 45 minutes past your appointment time. I have to come to this location every 6 month for my school and it doesn't matter how early you come for an appointment you will still wait over 45 minutes even if you are the first appointment of the day.

Awesome service at this Quest location! Super easy check in process when you pre-schedule an appointment. More importantly, I have problematic veins and Yolanda was the vein whisperer! I will definitely come back here when I need blood drawn again.

Was hesitant to go here for a blood draw, given the prior reviews. However, my experience was very positive. No delays, and the young woman who drew my blood was awesome! Engaging, efficient, kind and great at what she does! I'm mad at myself for forgetting her name. ? So for the sake of Quest narrowing it down to acknowledge a job well done, she was a younger Hispanic woman. Wore her dark hair a tight bun. SO nice. I will definitely continue to give the Ephrata location my business!

Despite closing time being 2:30, lab techs generally close the office at 2:00 on Fridays.
