Luna is a Rockstar when it comes to efficiency and kindness, someone got the last lid for drinks in front of me and Immediately Luna ran over and restocked them for me it’s rare you ever see Customer service at this level, I really Hope You celebrate Luna with a “Job Well Done” and insert positive reviews into their performance / employment record so that Way They can have the Richly successful and promising future that’s deserved for such spectacular performance!!!!

I stopped here on my way to Lancaster for breakfast, and the location is well maintained, similar to other locations I visited. They have a huge food preparation area with kiosks to order. And the food is ready within 5 to 6 minutes. This is one of the locations where they delivered my order the way I want it, kudos to that. The restrooms maintain clean. There is a separate food area for you to sit and eat. The gas prices seem high. They have parking spots for ordering through your mobile app and pickup. They do have an air filling station.

I stopped here to grab a 6 pack, except.. they don't serve alcohol here of any kind. I can't even begin to understand the logic of not doing this. I wish I could give zero stars for how stupid this is.

This location/area doesn’t seem to get much diverse foot traffic. Store clerk was visibly disturbed that we entered the store. She went on a walkie to announce that they are “kids”, wanting me to let her how many I have in “here”. I specifically said this is a college team stopping to get gas and to use the bathroom. Whatever I had in my hand to buy, I put it right back down.

Place sucks! I ordered a grilled cheese with mayo and ham and it come out like warm slightly melted cheese and cold ham. What part of GRILLED cheese don't they understand. Every other sheetz has nice melted gooey hot cheese its great. If I wanted a ham and cheese sandwich I would order that. Very disappointed tonight.
