This was my second visit to this location and I find it to have good customer service. This visit was to get notary. Amanda is to be recognized for excellence. First, she answered phone call so professionally including her name in the welcoming call! At the location she took care of us thoroughly with patience and kindness! In a time where these appreciated customer service skills are far and few between this location knows how to treat a customer. Thank you, I will be a loyal customer! See you again.

I had them pick up and ship a large item from a local auction house. They worked hard to get the item package in the most efficient manner and the actual shipping cost ended up being about half of the original estimated cost. Thanks!

The gentleman that helped me was incredibly conscientious about the size of the box and the cost shipping it to California. He even helped me trim the box down to accommodate my budget and making sure that the item was safe inside the box.

I would not recommend this location for taking passport photos. The staff are very respectful and courteous, however, I was charged more than $20 for 2 passport photos where my face was distorted due to the camera being too close and the photos weren't even cut out. I would therefore recommend other locations for providing this service before the UPS store. On other occasions I have used this location to return Amazon products and they have been great for that.

This store is very convenient. The associates are friendly and all are well acquainted with the services they offer. No matter how busy they are, they take care of each and every customer as quickly as possible. It is my Go-To UPS store.

this location is always helpful, staff is friendly. i really never paid much attention to how good this location was until i tried 2 other UPS stores as well as a staples store. i actually pass by the staples store to get to the Ephrata, Pa store.

Easy peasy Amazon returns! All I ever have to do is show them the QR code on my phone, hand over my item, and walk away. They pack it, they label it, they ship it. Only takes about 1 minute of my time, and most of that is waiting in line. Hours are convenient as well.

Caution!! They charge $5 to pick up packages at your mail box at this location. No other locations do this. This is the only location it's ever happened at. I hope taking my $5 is worth it to you.

I’ve come around 6:00-6:15 PM three times in the past month, and the door was already locked with employees standing inside. It is unacceptable in the shipping industry to close your doors while you’re stated to be open. This negatively affects my business as well as my customers who are expecting to receive products by a certain cut off date. I typically enjoy this location, but until this nonsense stops my review will stay the same. Change your business hours If you are unable to accommodate your current stated hours or stay open until closing time. It’s really that simple.

Felt the need to write this review after the customer ahead of me in line was extremely rude to the employees.. as someone who always has Amazon returns I find myself here quite often (lol) and the employees are consistently kind and extremely patient. They will even go as far as insisting to help me carry the packages from my car into the store if they can see I have my hands full with my little guy. By far my favorite UPS location :)
