The owner and staff at this store are always extremely pleasant, professional, and just all around really fabulous. Had to take another big and awkward package there for a return this afternoon and the young man at the counter went above and beyond to assist me. Would recommend %100000 and will return (sorry guys, lol). Wonderful!!

I see mixed reviews for different services, and I can understand when folks don't get what they expected. For my particular need, on two recent occasions I've had large fragile items that needed shipping, and I simply left the packaging in their hands. The recipients said everything arrived intact. I will use them again for packaging services.

I came in with a lot of family heirlooms to ship to California. Not organized at all, just a lot of stuff. Some delicate and breakable.This UPS store team dove in and took care of it, wrapping it carefully. It all arrived safely! The cost? It wasn't cheap, but totally worth it. I recommend this store to anyone for their care and hard work.

Don't bother sending your mail hear to pick up. I had a package shipped hear because I had to sign for it and they charged me $5.00. Do your self a favor and send it to staples down the street. I would give half a star or no stars if I could. What a rip off.

I have been here for notary services x3 the past year. EVERY time the notary was not there when I made an appt with notary. Each time I had to wait 20 to 30 mins because he was out of building. So apparently this notary does not honor his aapt.

Disappointed! We made an appointment online for Notary Services for time-sensitive documents. We received two electronic confirmations prior to our appointment time. We then arrived at the scheduled time (9:00 a.m. - store allegedly opens at 8:00 a.m.) only to be told that the Notary "typically" doesn't come in until noon or later. The clerk was quite pleasant as he explained this, but it was very frustrating to rush to get there only to find that the confirmations were bogus. We had to locate another Notary to take care of our needs.

I was not impressed with this store they did not want to help me at all it's my first time selling a package on eBay and it was not a good experience they treated everybody else like they were important and ignored me I'm a darker skin color so maybe that's it

The older gentleman that works here is always so kind and helpful. The other week I needed to ship some collectible cards to a seller, which I’ve never done before. He so graciously answered all my questions and even gave a strong suggestion to use a box instead of a padded envelope. It was nice that he cared enough to make the suggestion!

Worst experience ever. Shipped a package on 7/16/22. It got lost on 7/22 - not the stores fault. I have been following up since then and nothing has happened. I called in on 7/25 and was told an investigation/filing a claim was the next step and that would be started. Heard nothing back on that. Went in back on 8/23 and the man in charge told me it was scanned the day before (tracking shows it hasn't moved in 7/22) but that he couldn't do anything until it arrived at the destination. It's clearly lost and I was offered no help. He informed me that they hadn't even STARTED the investigation they told me about a month prior. Tonight I called the corporate office and they told me that my package hasn't moved since 7/22 - so whoever told me it moved in August was clearly lying to me. Would never go back here again.

WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!!!!around 1pm on Saturday Aug 13th. we have never experience such extremally rude and unprofessional service IN MY LIFE! guy refused to print us a return label for amazon package and was short and dismissive , poor body language and domineer towards us. after going outside and googling were to get printing service of COURSE, UPS pops up. so we went back in to ask why he didn't offer service. again EXTREAMY rude . told us he was the Owner , he wouldn't provide us with his name , we ask who was above him he SAID " ONLY GOD". UNBELEIVABLE. feel bad for the bad example he set for the kid working in the store also. i will be following up and there needs to be repercussions!!!!!pleas follow up with us asap. i will be reaching out to corporate and following up Monday hopefully with your branch manager.!!!
