OUR Carrier is terrible, I go online and REQUEST packages be delivered to my door and not just thrown under the stack of mailboxes on the first floor of the apartment building, as things have been stolen from there. Our carrier REFUSES to bring the packages up to our door no matter what we do..

Very poor service when trying to run a business. Pick up and/or delivery is unreliable and service calls take 2-3 business days to receive a reply. Local office never answers the phone.

I was expecting a package, and when I walked up to our bank of shared mailboxes, I found a parcel locker key, lying on the ground in front of them. Since I was expecting something, I checked the parcel locker, and found that the package was not for me. ANYONE could have found that key, and stolen the package that was inside! I'm glad it was me, who found it, so I could deliver the package to the correct home. I tried to call the Post Office, but nobody ever answers the phone there. When did our Federal Mail Delivery System become so irresponsible, complacent, and unreliable? They demand higher prices for stamps, because more and more people are turning to other mail delivery options. Is it any wonder why? I should be getting paid, for every package, and letter, I have redirected in my small community! I don't understand how this is such a difficult job... Read the address properly, and make sure ALL the mail gets delivered properly. Make sure keys are put in the proper places, and not dropped anywhere where anyone can find them. I get that you want to hurry, so you can go home, but you cannot neglect your job, and expect people to pay more, for less service!

They are rude as hell here, especially the lady who works the counter. They need to shut this office down.. they are much friendlier and helpful at the Akron office.
New carrier for my neighborhood is slow as hell to.. Im lucky I get my mail by the cutoff point for the day now. He needs to move a little faster.

Every time I go in here they are very rude! I dread walking thru the door because I know I'm going to have to ring the bell and eventually some really angry, miserable person will come to the counter and try their best to make me the same way. It's very strange that this little towns Post Office treats the residents so bad. I have tried leading with kindness many times but to no avail.

As a 35 year USPS employee, I recently moved to Ephrata. I stopped in the post office there to mail gifts which would require a medium size box. They had none that fit any of the smaller gifts individually. That's poor customer service. And the clerk at the window was less than inspiring. I walked out, went home and looked for my own box. I'll probably take the parcel to another post office.

They just don't deliver my mail at least half the time. I have to go to the office and then they say oh yeah it's over here and we don't know why it wasn't delivered or send it back to the sender for absolutely no reason
