I will no longer be using CVS as a pharmacy, the fact they refuse to staff adequately and you can’t even speak on the phone w someone is absurd. Of course this is evil corporate. Let me call my pharmacy and not get stuck in a phone tree my god. I hope CVS goes the way of Walgreens.

This visit to a CVS out of my area was very pleasant. The store was well stocked and I got everything I needed. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. It was a big change from my neighborhood site.

I don’t need a nurse asking me if I need a flu or Covid shot, if I didn’t request it why do you badger people? Nurse said system was down and couldn’t verify my insurance. What kind of incompetent person/system can’t verify insurance and wants to bill people? This CVS lacks integrity.

The staff at this store, particularly the manager, go more than the extra mile to be helpful and provide good service. It is my favorite retail store.

Will charge you whatever they want for clinic services and do not apply your insurance. Be prepared for multiple unexpected bills.

I highly recommend this CVS minute clinic! I especially want to give a shout out to April who was efficient, courteous and professional. She took me right in and fixed me up like new. It was a weekend and my doctor's office was closed. Their recording said to go to the ER or an Urgent Care. Instead, I searched and was pleased when I found out that the CVS right here in Erdenheim, PA has a minute clinic! So I went right over there and I'm glad I did. It's good to know that they are there if we should need them. I will definitely recommend the minute clinic to my friends and family. Thank you!

this store doesn’t give me 3.5 when I have a expire item when they have date and time on it in Philadelphia when we find expired item they sure give us a coupon of 3.5 the manager at the store said this is not expired

This CVS canceled my scheduled DOT physical, but didn’t send any type of notification to let me know. I wasted my time driving there to find out the clinic was closed. No reason was given
