I was shopping at Aaron's and a clerk talked me into co-signing a Dana Piddy purchase because she needed one. I signed and now the lady didn't pay 1 installment and now I'm being harassed by Aaron's instead of them going after the right person. Destroyed my credit , I wouldn't buy from Aarons if could.

I would have to rate this store no stars due to their rude manager Rayann every single time I come in or spoken with her she was nothing but rude , has terrible customer service! Taking advantage of her job title as manager , when she’s speaking with you in the recording system she’s nice, soon as that is turned off she is rude and nasty very disrespectful. I will be going OVER her head to let corporate know about her nasty attitude.

I ordered a brand new TV & TV stand from this location and it's been a wonderful experience. Rayanne is absolutely wonderful, and so sweet!
They have beautiful merchandise, and great deals for amazing prices! Bye, Bye Rent-A-Center, Hello Aarons!!! 😁

Got a run a round for almost 2 months on a set of end tables to complete my living room. Had to call atleast once a week since May 3rd, just to be told they are still at the Franklin, PA location, or they got put on a back order. Rayanne the supposed manager got upset with me when I told her to cancel my contract on them.
I will not return to Aarons for any future purchases.

This is my first time renting from Aaron's and am extremely pleased with the whole process delivery drivers were extremely nice and explained things perfectly and very friendly I would recommend to anyone. There are a lot of rent to own store out there. I have been with a few. But I have been treated the best by Aaron's and there staff that have won my business there prices and quality of products to me are top of the line extremely happy customer keep up the great work.

They delivered the bed i chose as my own(5-31-23) and, brought a frame that was not complete. I have yet to hear ANYTHING from them as WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BED FRAME I AM PAYING FOR!! Horrible communication and lack of proper business management by the Entire store(Buffalo road Location. Erie,Pa.)

We thought this decision was Temporary. Our experience with Aaron's has been bad business. First Mattress was ripped and had the Package Plastic on. We had to call to replace the mattress. Poor Communication with Management and Employees. Overpayment Bedframe and Mattress NOT worth it. Returned Bed frame still harassing us with old contract and not calling us back with the New contract we discussed in the Store after everything is returned back.
