This is my first time renting from Aaron's and am extremely pleased with the whole process delivery drivers were extremely nice and explained things perfectly and very friendly I would recommend to anyone. There are a lot of rent to own store out there. I have been with a few. But I have been treated the best by Aaron's and there staff that have won my business there prices and quality of products to me are top of the line extremely happy customer keep up the great work.

They delivered the bed i chose as my own(5-31-23) and, brought a frame that was not complete. I have yet to hear ANYTHING from them as WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BED FRAME I AM PAYING FOR!! Horrible communication and lack of proper business management by the Entire store(Buffalo road Location. Erie,Pa.)

We thought this decision was Temporary. Our experience with Aaron's has been bad business. First Mattress was ripped and had the Package Plastic on. We had to call to replace the mattress. Poor Communication with Management and Employees. Overpayment Bedframe and Mattress NOT worth it. Returned Bed frame still harassing us with old contract and not calling us back with the New contract we discussed in the Store after everything is returned back.

The lady who helped me was super nice. They had a new guy working on tagging stuff in the"wearhouse" part and so a few items were tagged with the wrong numbers. Therefore i was only approved for a certain amount of "credit" or what ever its called. So i was only able to get a used window ac unit until after 60 days and my "allowance" went up. Being that i had paid for the unit and did the whole new customer process by the time i went outside to have them load it in the car the guy had noticed that the used one was nowhere to be found and that some of the irems were tagged wrong. Now instead of the lady and gentlemen denying me and doing a full refund and all that l. They went in my file and updated the numbers on the ac and in turn gave me a BRAND NEW FANCY AIR CONDITIONER it texts my phone and tells me the humidity level in my house. I can raise or lower them temp so the house is nice for when i get home from work. The team was wonderful.and the young man who was only on his 3ed day a at this job was +apologizeinbut he went threw and did everything to fix his mistake. So i definitely recommend the buffalo ed Aaron's!!

I have been with this personal store for over 2 years now. I never had an issue at first, they were great! However, these past 8 months now I have had nothing but problems! The main problem is the communication. The communication between team members is absolutely terrible! I have been contacted NUMEROUS times at work for non payments that are automatically withdrawn from my account. I’ve asked that they pull the payment after 8:30 am to ensure this doesn’t happen again, but the problem persists! I’ve also reached out by phone asking to switch a bed frame because mine was to large, I found one I liked and was told to come into the store 40 mins away to get it ordered, I get there and was told the complete opposite and that I’d have to order online. So I leave to order online and it says to call the store to complete the order. I call and IM TOLD I am not able to order online because of an item I have. I don’t understand what is so hard about communication and why I couldn’t of been told when I was AT the store that I was wasting my time. I understand a few mistakes but this has been multiple occasions. The service has been terrible and I’m very much considering other renting options.

Aaron's a great place and they would rate your credit after your done with your payments we pay double for the stuff. And I can only speak for myself thats why I rented from to better my credit ! Now I don't really want to rent from them because of that.

I have went through this specific store for over a year now. Never late on a payment actually usually a month early. I put in an order a week ago that was suppose to be delivered yesterday never happened. I spoke to them several times on the phone yesterday and they told me over and over that it was being delievered. Long story short i called when they opened this morning and got the same story. I was the first one to be delievered. Everytime i called today they put me on hold for over 20 mins at a time. It is now 712 pm and no product and no call no nothing. U would think that they would want to deal with people that pay their bills. Well instead they lost almost 600 a month cause they can come get all their stuff die to them playing games
