After I ordered the flowers, there was a miss communication on delivery time. Hanna, who was very polite, helped me with the order. They ended up refunding my c.c purchase, and still delivered a beautiful bouquet for my daughter’s 35th birthday. Everyone is happy. Thank you for being so courteous.
