This was Tuckers first visit. Everyone was very friendly and handled Tucker with love. He was not to thrilled to be there but they took very good care of him.

Dr. Murphy and his staff treated our cat "Herbie" with great care. He explained everything they were doing. He called me both days and gave me updates. We are very happy with his care and absolutely love Dr. Murphy. Herbie is happy to be home. He ate his supper and is doing good. Thank you, Dr. Murphy and your staff.

The doctor and support staff were friendly and treated our dog, Lola wonderfully. They helped get her on the right anti-inflammatory medication for arthritis.

Absolutely love this office! We have taken both puppies and senior cats here and they always receive an exceptional level of care, from office staff to the veterinarians. Our animals are treated as though they are the staff's own, communication is top-notch, and the staff's compassion knows no bounds. Very impressed and will bring our animals here for years to come!

Kind and gentle staff and vets. So wonderful to us when we had to put our old Guinea Pig down Simon. They took their time with him and were so gentle, especially with how old and weak he was. Thank you so much for your kindness ❤️

Last Monday evening I came home from work to find out 18 year old cat Mickey unable to walk & howling. It was 715pm & I knew they closed at8pm. I begged the receptionist for him to be seen & told her we could be there in under 5 minutes. She talked to one of the Doctors & said bring him in. I knew it would not end well. I was right we ended up putting our BELOVED Mickey to sleep forever. Even though they were closed they let me stay with my Mickey for a half hour afterwards. That really meant alot to me. VERY caring & loving staff. I miss him more than WORDS can say.

Vet is nice and seems to have knowledge of bunnies somewhat. I’m ok getting my bunnies checkup and vaccine here but anything else I’ll just go to Cleveland. My bunny wasn’t well and I called them, said I had to wait 5 hrs and there was nothing I could do until then. The part about this place that really irks me is that the 2 times I’ve been there the receptionists haven’t even acknowledged me and then when I take it upon myself to check in they don’t even tell me if I need to have a seat, they’ll be with you shortly, nothing, so I just stand there awkwardly. Just odd and makes me dread having to do it again. My bunny is my baby and I want him in the best hands and unfortunately in this area we don’t have many options :(

This was our first visit with our new Rottweiler puppy. The staff was amazing. Dr. Reamer, Danette, and Kyia took very good care of the puppy. They made him very comfortable. Great place, they were very professional and gave him lots of treats. Thank you all.

They charged me $400 to tell me my rabbit would live. He died 18 hours later. On Easter weekend.Brought my rabbit in as an emergency visit due to lack of appetite, lethargy, and an apparent upper respiratory infection. Dr. Jamey recommended an x-ray to rule out pneumonia, and once that was done, promptly sent me home with 4 medications. Between the emergency visit, xray, and medicine, it was $403.I followed the Rx instructions, got up early to do so as needed. But between my brother going to work at 10am, and my getting up at 11am, he passed away just the next day.No explanation as to why they failed so badly. Clinic refuses to comp me for the unopened Meloxicam still in the syringes, after the FOA telling me they would if I brought it back in for disposal, to add insult to injury. This vet was the only choice I was able to find in the tristate area to service rabbits- and I still had to drive an hour to get there. I'm just never going to have a rabbit again rather than make one suffer through this clinic again.

New customer and new bunny owner. Got my buns his nails trimmed. Great place. Wish I could've went back with my bunny for the process. But they make you wait out front. He's like my little child so you just want to be there with them just as if you had your child at the doctors. But so far it's a wonderful place and my bunny will def be a regular there.
