If I could give anything less than one star I would. I have not had a good experience at this lab yet. I took my brother-in-law there for blood work and a urine test. He didn't have to go and they didn't let him sit for 10 to 15 minutes until he could. We had to come back with the urine and even though the paperwork was with the sample we had to check in scan cards and wait for a lab tech. He is 75 years old with dementia. He was trying to pull his sleeve down while carrying his coat, gloves, and urine test kit. They are very arrogant about their importance and don't consider the patient as being the most important part of the medical team.

Went to get blood work done for Dr checked in at the IPad said I might have a wait that was fine. Guy in front of me supervisor on duty tried to deny because she didn’t have the time and had to pick up her kids at school. After he argued back and forth with him she took him. I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before she came out to tell me she wouldn’t be waiting on me because I didn’t have an appointment when I just checked in. I told her I work 2 jobs and I’m here to get it done. She refused to take me. Poor customer service your job is done when the customers are all taken care of not when your kid needs picked up from school

Got in at scheduled time. Very efficient. Hit a vein first try. In and out in 10 minutes

Consistently the worst ACL. Sign in camera/tablet never works. Waited 30 min past appointment time when we arrived on time, not unusual here. 5 seats with 15 people waiting. The "text you when we are ready for you" doesn't work at all. Nurse was very rude, I come here with clients from an organization and the nurse didn't talk to me and slammed door to exam room in my face. Very strange and unusual as every other acl seems to be polar opposite.

So bad! Made my 75 year old father in law wait 2 hours on a Saturday to pick up a testing kit until he finally had to give up. They seriously expected him to make an appointment to simply pick an item up??They had open appointment spots open online and did not even assist him with with selecting one.

Great staff! They are very helpful and they always make me feel calm and cared for. I have thin uncooperative veins, but they are very skilled and can usually draw blood successfully.

Kind, accommodating and friendly staff. My wait time was extreme short. Not even a minute passed, and I was called in. 5/5 Stars!

My appt was at 9:45 I waited 5 minutes and that's probably because I was like 7 minutes late. I have a really bad needle phobia. Marissa took my blood. She was caring and very patient. I barely felt the needle. She made my experience a smooth and easy process.

This is the only ACL in Erie I will go to. Short wait time, patient and kind staff and clean facility. Getting blood drawn is never fun but they make the experience comfortable.
