Went to at&t because my voicemail was locked. Did not know how that happened. Donavan and Mark were great. They discovered that I had 2 voice mail accounts. Got everything squared away. They were so wonderful. Would highly recommend them for all your at&t needs. Thank you Donavan and Mark.

I recently had a need to adjust my service and phones with a lot of complications. Mark helped me despite a store full of customers. Thank you for working through the adjustments I needed.
Unfortunately, something in the transfer caused me to lose the ability to make and receive phone calls. I returned to the store to try to fix the problem. I truly appreciated Dakoda’s help and patience in resolving my issue. He worked many different angles before getting successful results for me and my father. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had a terrible experience with the online store and a phone that was shipped to me broken out of the box. I was at three different ATT stores, this one, upper Peach Street, and Buffalo Road. Mark at this location was the only guy in the whole city willing to help me get it figured out. When I, by my own error, made a second mess of the return mailings, Mark once again helped me out. Great folks at this store.
Edit: 2 months later and the theme continues. ATT online customer service sucks and these guys clean up their mess. I was charged $1200 for a phone that I had mailed back. Dakota and Mark worked with me for literally 1-2 hours a day on 2 different days this week to resolve the issue. They equipped me with the information I needed to address the issue and stop the online store support from jerking me around and wasting my time. Awesome folks.

Great store experience, I would definitely recommend to a friend. Every associate was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. There were several other customers in the store as we were shopping and every interaction was a happy and positive one. Dakoda was very helpful in the set up of everything and Mike was very friendly as well. Thanks for all of the help from this great crew of your associates!

I went in to open a new account hearing nothing but good things about the service atnt provides. I came over from tmobile having spotty service almost everywhere I went. Being a first responder I need service and not having it makes it a challenge. I came into the 26th street store and everyone working was super friendly and made it easy to switch. Dakoda was a huge help same goes for the rest of the staff. Glad i decided to go to the store 26th street for the change in my phone service.
