“I have to give a giant shout out to Eric and the crew here! I was in an auto accident then lead to have my vehicle fixed at Roth… big mistake! Over 3 months later after multiple problems I picked it up from Roth and drove it directly to Platinum for a post repair inspection.They uncovered the unsafe low quality repair Roth had done and it ended up with the vehicle being totaled. Thank you Eric for taking the time to look it over with great detail and making sure my son and I could be safe! Highly recommend! ?”

“I showed up to the store looking for new wheels and tires for my truck because I hated my wheels because the dealership kept balancing my wheels in a subpar way.
Anyways, I was looking to replace them and he helped me look for everything and spent a good amount of time looking for wheels, and ended up telling me that he couldn’t guarantee he could fix my issues but could give it a try with my current wheels, and he did.
The man literally took a package and downgraded it to simply mount and balance tires, to help me as the customer. I have a kick ass new set of tires with my factory wheels (now with pound on weights on the inside) that I love on my truck!
I will be returning to his store once I have winch money, I do recommend! He looks out for the best interest of his customers!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. I called the shop a few hours prior to bringing my car in, and was told I could bring it by after I got off work. I had a splash guard that came undone, and they were able to repair it and get me on my way home in less than half an hour. All for a price that was lower than what Flynn’s quoted me at for just looking at the car. The front desk staff was friendly and Gizmo did me a huge solid on such short notice. 10/10 would recommend.”
“There are several really good collision places in Erie. I was introduced to Danzer Collision 35 years ago by a trusted particular friend. They were the only place that he would take his prized vehicles. In that time ownership has changed once. However, the customer service has not gone down - but gotten better. I recently had a very challenging schedule on a reconstructed title vehicle. I cannot thank Kevin and his staff more for working with me,knowing that I had a schedule and doing everything that they could to get it done on time. I feel they went above and beyond my expectation. The work looks fantastic as it always does. But more important Kevin and his staff was aware that there was a schedule hardstop that was important to me. Not only did they make a couple of decisions in order to make that schedule happen, but it was seamless in their whole process. With great work expected (and received), I appreciated their professionalism, honesty and personable contact. I won't go anywhere else and won't recommend anyone more. Thank you Kevin, Judi and Scott. You always make me feel like I'm your best customer, even when I know I'm not. They have a way of taking a bad situation and making it good again. They buffed it out in less than a minute. I probably could have done the same thing myself with some store-bought product for less money.
