Young girl, taking care of me today must’ve been new, she really had no clue what she was doing. She’s kind of stood there with her hands wrapped around each other, waiting for the manager because she was clueless about oil and an oil filter that I needed to purchase. I ended up going to get the oil myself and the manager went and got the oil filter because she couldn’t figure out what was needed. Other than that. The service was great.

A nice older gentleman was helping me at the register when a man, whom I'm assuming was the manager, came in the door and said, "are we really that busy in here". The 'manager' then came over and said to the 'gentleman', in a forceful tone, that he needed to talk to him right now. The two were bickering back and forth for a minute. As a manager myself, I believe this situation could've been handled differently. Do not approach an employee, like that, in front of customers. It is not only degrading to the employee but can also make the customer feel Extremely Uncomfortable! I believe that the whole situation at this store is more dynamic than what I am able to say here as I quickly understood the frustration from both the 'manager' and the 'gentleman'... but again, don't do it in front of a customer! (still gave 3 stars because they had the part I needed, but don't think I would go back to this store again)

My car wouldn't start one morning, so after getting a jump, I went to get my battery tested. Auto Zone said it was fine but I needed to get my alternator changed ASAP. They gave me a name of a "mechanic" (actually an audio installer). Took my car there and he couldn't figure out how to change my alternator after 2.5 hours. Now I had to use my regular mechanic, who couldn't get me in for 9 days. Had to use three different cars to get around in the meantime because Auto Zone told me my alternator could die at any moment. Take my car into my regular mechanic and he says the alternator is perfectly fine--it's the battery that needed changed. So I was about to pay for a $500 repair I didn't even need because Auto Zone told me it was going to die at any second. Go to a real mechanic to get your parts tested and don't bother buying parts from them--no respectable mechanic will work with their parts. Learned my lesson, never again using Auto Zone for anything, would rather pay double and wait a week to go to someone who knows what they are doing!

They installed the brake light bulb in under 5 minutes for us.01/09/24: Battery had to be jumped so I brought in my SUV in for a new battery. Within 20 minutes they tested my battery and alternator and had a new battery installed. Awesome job !!
